I thought this was a really great value at the sale price. New ones were trending $200 higher and refurbished from other sources were about the same price or higher in various states of condition. Plus I used BB rewards points to even lower the price further. I was apprehensive about buying refurbished phone but it came in original package with all accessories, looks brand new, and works great. I had it delivered to store and had BB sales person open and inspect to make sure it was okay and powered up which it did. It came without sim card and AT&T put that in for free and activated with no fees. I preferred buying refurbished phone from BB vs online retailers because from BB I had 14 days to return for any reason, 90 day warranty from BB, and I could easily return to local store. One note of caution, some of the refurbished phones that BB lists come from outside source and have to be returned to the outside source if there is an issue.

I wanted to upgrade to nearly the newest version of iPhone on the market. Didn't want to pay the new phone price. Perfect solution. My new phone arrived in pristine condition. It has been working like a charm. I tell my friends all of the $$$ I've save with BB.

We bought two of these and after a month they are both working with no problems. Very happy with this purchase. Phones are like new and came with charger, cable, headphones just like a new phone!

I love my phone. I wanted an iphone 6 but did not want my ATT monthly plan to increase. The refurbished phone is just like new and I walked into ATT and got my SIM card at no charge. My shared value plan remains the same.

Phone came in the box mailed to my home and seemed just as "new" as a new one from the store ... except it cost me $200 less than the normal contract price. I may start to use this refurbished service for all of my Iphones for my family. Great to not be tied to a contract.

Since AT&T has done away with reduced-price phones with your contract, you are now forced to pay an additional fee each month which ends up costing the full $800 for the phone. So buying a pre-owned one from Best Buy was a much better deal. It had no scratches and works great.

For a used Iphone, the condition was flawless. Shipping was very fast. Phone has been in service for one month and works as an Iphone should. I regret not purchasing two.

I opted to buy my phone through Best Buy through their online site. I bought a refurbished iPhone 6. I have had no problems not any regret about that choice. Best Buy did a great job on the refurbish. I would do this again

After weighing the cost to benefit I decided to get the refurbished phone. It has worked perfectly and I would not hesitate to buy another refurbished product from Best Buy.

Had a 6plus and wasn't happy with the large size. I had an in store credit for a broken laptop (with geek squad warranty-GREAT) that was no longer made, so I decided that it was the perfect time to go to a smaller phone. Very happy!

I bought this phone for my daughter. It works perfectly, no issues whatsoever. My son and I also have iphones, and in my opinion these are the easiest smart phones to use. I love my iphone, and I'm technologically challenged!
