After some trial and error, I decided to go with the Apple Thunderbolt 4 Pro Cable, and it’s been a fantastic solution for getting the most out of my LG UltraGear 45” Ultrawide OLED, especially at the 240Hz refresh rate. I’m running this setup with my M1 Mac, and here’s what I’ve experienced: Why the Thunderbolt 4 Cable? When I first got the LG Ultrawide, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to fully utilize the 240Hz refresh rate with the M1 Mac. The build quality is amazing. It feels premium and solid. I use this cable for my Macbook and surface to connect to a portable monitor. I have had no latency or any issues. It also has the ability to charge while plugged in. Excellent cord that I will gladly recommend. The price is a bit steep for a cable, but if you can afford it, I say go for it!

Very fast data transfer. I was able to transfer +32 GBs worth of videos into my SSD in less than a minute Good for charging too but wouldn’t recommend it just for that.

This cord is great. It feels really premium and sturdy. Unlike most cords this one feels like it can last for years. Downloads are blazing fast. The only thing that is a downside is the initial cost. But you wont need to be replacing it every six months to a year.

Very durable, compared to the stock charging cable. Highly recommend. would suggest getting a longer length for convenience, if you're not charging in close proximity.

This Thunderbolt 4 cable is the best I’ve used. It’s well-braided and performs as advertised. It works flawlessly with a Mac, monitor, or other peripherals.

It works well, is backward compatible, and is very durable. I connected an iMac with an Apollo Twin X audio interface that required Thunderbolt 3.

Fixed my issue where USB c cable wouldn't power my external monitor . Expensive but quality

Well constructed and assembled. It should be $49 based on the fact that this is a passive cable. But it meets the thresholds for quality if you take the time to view one of the tear down videos

This cable helped me transfer large amounts of data faster, plus it charges my macbook super fast.

The price on this is a bit high but the quality of the charger is great. You can tell that the quality is what you would expect from an Apple brand charging cable and it's awesome to have one in black instead of the normal white.
