    Joystick broke and the pcb bricked. Turned off during download (my fault)

    First machine didn't work - down direction not working. Took it back to Best Buy (fully assembled) and they exchanged it no questions asked. Got the 2nd one and IT'S AWESOME! Flight stick does seem flimsy but has stood up to some rigorous play so far. Great nostalgia, and great customer service from Best Buy!

    Just as Noted, and once assembled - it's a great nostalgia piece and electronic art all in one! Take your time during assembly, don't do a final tightening of parts until everything is flush.

    Anticipation of delivery quickly turned to regret when we got it assembled only to find that the down portion of the joystick doesn't work. Had to put in a support ticket, which apparently can only be set up during business hours. Since its Saturday, we get to look at a $700 machine that can't be played. Very unhappy with the $700 product received that doesn't work properly.
