Arlo items are of decent quality. Mostly reliable, which is partly the reason for my 3 star review. Now if you have an issue and need cs assistance, you may as well not even try to call. You will get someone from India whos solution almost immediately is to send back your “defective” units. No troubleshooting skills at all! I figured out the issue with ours and if i had listened to arlo, id still be waiting on a replacement. Cant find the number easily at all to cs either. All in all I would elect to go with an ADT if i could do it over. Im already waist deep in these cameras , sensors and hubs wirh arlo now… the product is half the story. If you cant service issues on a good product, it diminishes the value alot .

Easy add on to the system, I didn't need a large system so only needed one more sensor. Like the multifunctional use

The large oval size is not as easy to install, especially on windows as was the more narrow nest secure it replaced. But the multi sensor does a bit of everything

These are great sensors, super easy to add to the security module as well as the App. Just a few seconds to pair and use.

Sensors pick up really well and are very easy to install. The app give on screen instructions that help guide the process

Got this as a sensor for my front door and found that it is unusable without a base station which is $150. Ring sensors seem much more user friendly.

Nothing wrong on the Best Buy side, but Arlo is a complete joke. Terrible support, a worthless Android app, and the only cameras that are any good are the ones that are directly wired. Don't waste your money, go with a reputable company instead.
