The desk itself probably fine for what it is, or at least it would be if the quality of the pieces were better (more on that below). It's quite over priced since it's basically just a wide flat top table with a steel frame standing on two legs. You can probably get something similar for around the price I paid for the open box version.
The assembly process is pretty straight forward, but the instructions were kind vague and I ended up installing a part backwards, so I had to undo a bunch of stuff to take it off and reset it to the correct orientation. The screw threads in the desktop surface didn't cleanly lineup with the screw holes on the legs, which made it so that one of the screws went in crooked, causing the thread to rip out of the desktop leaving part of the desk unsupported.
I bought the desk open box. It included all of the parts for assembly and was easy enough to put together. However, the legs that came with the desk are extremely offset from the correct orientation that they should have. The left leg is about 10 degrees off from where it should be, while the other is nearly 45 degrees off from where it should be. It's pretty obvious why the previous owner returned this and it's questionable whether bestbuy even looked at it before reselling it to me, and I have no idea how it made it through Arozzi's QA, if they even have QA.
Overall usable, but pretty shoddy, especially considering the astronomical asking price. I got it for a decent price open box, but the faulty parts made me regret the purchase. I'll continue using it for now since I don't really have any other options at the moment, but will definitely be replacing it with something less awful as soon as I can.

I looked at a few reviews before purchasing this desk and the majority of the complaints are stability. I did not find that to be the case after fully assembling the item. I did use a much stronger hex key vs the one that came with it. I suggest to tighten the screws enough in the leg area using criss-cross pattern to make sure it's even. Pay close attention to the diagram in the instructions. Most of the screws that attach the steel frame and the board need not to be tightened all the way until the end. This will ensure that you are not applying too much pressure on one side until all of the screws are set in place. If you follow those things, you should have a stable desk with a nice table-size mouse pad. Plenty of space for up to 2 monitor setup.

Perfect size for small den

There were two sizes (mid 40" inch, low 50" inch). The larger one would've fit almost exact to the width of the apt den but I wanted some wiggle room and the smaller one fit perfectly. The felt cover that comes separate to roll onto the table is basically one big mouse pad! Perfect. No need for a separate mouse pad.
The extra netting below to hold the cables along with the slit holes in the mouse pad cover that lead to the actual holes in the table is a nice sleek design. The instructions are a little difficult to figure out (i.e. you have to build the table upside down) but everything is solidly built and fit perfectly for me needs now that I have to work from home due to this corona-virus pandemic.
And Best Buy DID price match it against Amazon's better deal so I can't complain. 5 Stars

Amazing and sturdy desk. Holds all my peripherals, my huge tower and my mount holding 2 27” monitors. Only thing the company should add is a slat that covers the joint of the two tops and also a support for monitor mounts.

When first looking at desks the Arozzi brand seemed quite highly thought of by reviewing publications and this was their only desk that would not overcrowd my gaming space. The depth is above what you would find in standard desks and the width perfect if not planning to put a desktop on it (though I am ordering a different desk to have to put my desktop on). The problems I have is when tightening down the brackets you have not not tighten them down all the way on the legs so you can achieve a proper fit on the table. Then you finish tightening hem on the table. That was a huge problem to work through and quite silly. The pain on the top and bottom has some cups and dings on corners that is only saved by the full table mouse pad (which is nice). That being said for the price I just expected better quality or just a little more I guess. I will say It is perfect for my ultrawide monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset and I may upgrade to 3 stars in the future if it performs well but for now I have to leave it here. I would check around for similar products if you trust another brand but other than the defects and assembly I love the look and proportions.

I purchased this thinking it was going to work based on the reviews I ended up putting it together just to find out it keeps wobbling I looked up online how to fix the problem and it seems like it's a common occurrence with brand, even the bigger size seems to have problems. Ended up picking you up a chair as well and it was not comfortable at all really sad because they do look nice. Avoid this brand find something else better for your dollar

This is a solid desk for multiple uses. Whether a gamer, video editor, or working from home this desk's features deliver. The mouse pad cover, pre-cut holes for monitor arms, and cable management features serve everyone well. The desk has nice depth for options in positioning peripherals and can easily accommodate a large monitor.
