Easy assembly, arrived earlier than expected, and has been very comfortable as a home office chair. It is a gaming chair but has a pretty conservative look that is very professional.

Very good chair, however mine did not come with ANY lock washers. In the instructions, every bolt gets a lock washer. Every bolt is also pre-installed with a regular washer, however no lock washer was included in a separate bag, or on the actual bolts. The chair has two plastic housings/covers on the sides to cover up metal mechanical parts. These covers are flimsy. Mine are wobbly and one of them seems like it was not installed correctly by the factory because it hardly covers anything and bulges out too far. I did not see any obvious adjustment points for them either

This chair is killing my “active lifestyle”

The Arozzi Toretta gaming chair is so comfortable, I want to sit in it all the time instead of going out and being active. But hey, during a pandemic, maybe that’s not so bad? Seriously though, this chair is really comfortable to sit in, and with two adjustable support cushions, it’s pretty easy to get that “just right” feeling. Will it improve your gaming skills? Probably not, but at least you’ll be comfortable while you are losing. UNBOXING AND SETUP: The chair comes in a pretty large box and weighs about 50 pounds, so you may need to ask a friend to help you get it in your house, but once you get it inside and open it up, you’ll see all the parts neatly wrapped in protective plastic and cardboard. They even include a pair of cloth white gloves (I guess this is to protect your hands or the chair during assembly, but to be fully honest, I didn’t use them. Just be careful what you touch and you’ll be fine). Also included is an allen wrench (the only tool needed for assembly) and some instructions that are basically just graphics and smiley faces vs frown faces. Think lego kit instructions. That said, the assembly was pretty easy and self explanatory, so a detailed instruction wasn’t really needed. There are a few bolts that you have to first remove then put the parts in place and re-install the bolts. I like this better than a bag of bolts floating around but just be mindful that you will have to obviously remove the bolts before you try to attach parts or you will have a bad time. This is shown in the instructions with a sad face. One last thing to note about the assembly, I am a relatively strong man so I didn’t have any trouble holding parts in place and cranking bolts with a small allen wrench, but like anything, if you’re a little more on the weak side in your arms, you may want to have a strong friend help make sure you got the bolts tight. No one wants to sit on a chair and have it fall apart. (the instructions warn against power tools due to over tightening, but if you are very careful and set the torque way down, you can probably try that too.) FIRST IMPRESSIONS/GENERAL USE: So once I had the chair assembled, (probably about 30 min give or take and not trying to work fast), I introduced the chair to my rear and told them to get used to each other. Right away I noticed the back pillow giving me support in my lower back, something I was in desperate need of on my old, crumbling chair. Sitting for long hours gaming or editing, I was getting so much pain in my back and neck, but after a few days of using this chair I have already noticed a drastic change in lower back pain. The ability to recline back and take a break after a tough battle or long editing hours is also really nice to have. So what about cons? Well, there really haven't been a ton to report just yet but one thing that’s been bugging me but is pretty common with most chairs, (and MAYBE is my fault somewhere during assembly?) is that it does have a little “wobble” to it. At first I thought it was the bolts holding the chair to the base, but I gave them all a good extra tight turn and the wobble was still there. It seems to be coming from the point where the pole goes into the wheels. This is just sitting in there, and unless I misread the hieroglyphs, there isn’t anything to tighten that connection down. Like I said, this is pretty minor, it’s just something I notice when my legs get bouncy and there’s a little too much give in the chair. Another note, which is a con for me, but may be a pro for others, is that the arm rests are a little wide for my body type. I’m not a typical American at 5’5” and 140lbs. I’m fit and active and have a small body, but that said, I do feel a bit like a kid in a lazy boy when I sit in this chair. The outer leg supports don’t even touch my thighs and the aforementioned arm rests are so wide out that I can’t use them and a keyboard at the same time. When I’m using the mouse and keyboard or sitting back to preview videos etc, the rests are just fine and they do have the ability to turn inward or outward which helps close the gap some as well. And while we are talking about the arm rests, they do also go up and down so you can get that perfect rest height or slip the chair under your desk. OVERALL: I’ve only had this chair for about 5 days, but overall I am very glad I upgraded. My old chair was in such bad shape and falling apart without any of the comfort and support of modern chairs. This chair is comfortable, and, maybe most important to me, it’s NOT flashy. I have the ash color and even though it’s shaped like a classic gamer chair, there aren't any bright colors or RGB lighting or other nonsense I personally don’t need from a chair. I need comfort, support, and a subtle and professional look and the Torretta checks all those boxes!

I was looking for a new gaming chair as I had purchased a relative cheap mesh chair, and while pretty comfortable it didn’t have many features and was already having quality issues. I saw that Arozzi had a new chair out named the Toretta and wanted to try going up a few notches quality wise. Unboxing and setting up: The chair came in a huge box and was heavier than I expected. Inside the box were the seat “with arms already attached”, the back, legs, seat base plate, hydraulic lift, casters, hinge covers, hydraulic cylinder cover, a hex wrench, and instruction manual. Assembling was pretty simple, and all the screws were already in their holes so I just had to remove those first. The casters were surprisingly easy to push into the legs, usually I end up fighting those and use a hammer and wood block to get the knocked in. Not the case this time and after inserting the casters they didn’t want to come out easily so they locked into place really well. Then just insert the hydraulic cylinder into the centers of the legs and slide the decorative sleeve over it. Next the manual has you put the back on, it’s simple enough, just four bolts “also already inserted” had to be removed and reinstalled, while aligning the tilt arms with the back. Having two people definitely helps with this step but could be done by one person. After the back is installed then you tilt the now assembled chair forward and attach the base, the screws again were already mounted so just have to remove and reinstall those. Next take the chair and set it on the hydraulic cylinder and you are done, pretty simple. The manual has no text and only has pictograms showing how things should be assembled, those could be a done a little better but it wasn’t that hard to figure out. Use: Comparing our old chair to this new one there’s a lot of differences. I noticed right away that his one has much better casters than our old chair. This new Arozzi glides across our tile and carpet floor with equal ease almost like floating it pushes around so easily. Our old one, even from day one, you had to push/pull the chair with some force to move it, not so with the new one. The tilt mechanism is more like a vehicles tilt and it allows you to tilt the back almost completely back so you can take a nap. The arms adjust up/down, but they also slide back and forth, plus can be canted in/out, “love these features”. There’s also a lever for adjusting the height, and locking/unlocking the spring tilt “which can be adjusted on the underside”. The material used reminds me of really good vehicle upholstery fabric, it’s a pretty tight weave and has the texture of denim, it’s stretched plenty tight and there are no sags or wrinkles present anywhere. The stitching looks perfect and is very heavy duty, “reminds me of automotive upholstery stitching”, and should hold up really well. When I first saw it after assembling I thought the seat looked awfully flat and somewhat hard but after sitting down the seat seems to be built on a spring frame and has a nice slight bounce to it with just the right amount of give making it very comfortable. There are two pillows included “and already installed”, one for lumbar and the other for neck/head area. I really didn’t care for the lumbar pillow, it’s a little too hard and pushed me too far forward “I actually moved it up to the top and use it for neck, upper shoulder support. The nice touch is that the cover for that has a Velcro opening and you could remove the foam and re-stuff it if you wish, also easy to take off and clean. The head pillow is a little high for me and is held in place by a simple elastic loop. I wish it could move down further but I can see what can be done with it, although I don’t use it unless I wanted to tilt all the way back and take a nap. Conclusion: I’m really pleased with this Arozzi Toretta chair, I can easily sit in it for hours without my back aching or back side going numb. We love having all the adjustments, it’s so easy to fine tune it and get it to where you want it. Our old chair only had a couple settings for each thing like the back only had two tilt settings, this one has, I think, around 8, same with the arm height adjustment, and this has double the amount of our old chair. I’m still amazed just how easily this glides across the floor, even on carpet, I don’t even want to use our old one anymore as it was so difficult to roll, even across tile. Size wise this is also a big chair, it’s a good bit bigger than our old one, and it gives you more room to move around. So if you are looking for an excellent gaming chair I think you will find the Toretta a very capable and comfortable addition to your gaming room / home office.

I really like this chair. It was easy to assemble and is very soft and comfortable. I like the fact that you can lean it back or forward and the lumbar pillow really helps keep my posture after I've been sitting for hours on end. What's more, the cats love it when I'm not using it, so you know the fabric is soft, but the chair itself is firm enough to give your behind great support. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who sits in front of a screen for extended hours, whether you're gaming or working.

So, I have had the Arozzi Gaming chair for about a week. I sit at a desk for 8 to 10 hours a day. I was really excited about getting this chair since my last chair was 10 years old and leans to the left. It is a great looking chair with an adjustable lumbar support and adjustable neck support. It has an adjustable back that you can lay it down 90 degrees to take a nap if you need to. It also has multi positional arm rest to help you be comfortable in any position. I am a middle aged man being 6’1” tall and weighing 215 pounds. I find that the outside seat supports restrict my leg movement, it basically won’t let me spread my legs without pushing on the sides of the seat. I also notice that I have to adjust my position in the chair a lot or my butt falls asleep. I am hoping that the chair will start breaking in and become more comfortable, but after a week, I’m thinking of adding a cushion.

This chair is definitely an upgrade compared to my last chair. I do really like the fabric and the adjustable lumbar support, I do however wish the headrest was also adjustable because I am slightly too short for it. The reason I am giving a 4-star review rather than a 5-star is that the chair is a bit too firm for my taste, I'm hoping that over time it will loosen up a bit. But overall it is a great chair and I am happy with my purchase. Oh, yea! And despite the assembly instructions saying to use two people, I was easily able to assemble the chair by myself!

Setup was simple, about 15 minutes. Alot of reviews say it is missing washers, but if you notice, they replaced the lock washers with lock tite. There are no missing pieces, rather they need to uodate the instructions. The chair is comfortable, but the bottom is harder than I prefer. I did supplement it with a sciatica pillow and now its perfect. If you can nab this on sale, its a steal!

Chair went together smoothly and is extremely comfortable for long-term sitting. I like that there's a neck rest and adjustable lower back support. Material is cool too the touch and doesn't seem to hold a lot of body heat. Instruction booklet recommends two people at certain points if the construction and I would definitely agree. Not overly difficult by yourself, but could get frustrating keeping things in alignment when putting the back or supports together.

Really Great Chair. Took some time to put together. My only issue is the plastic cover latch has to line up or itll bend and break. Once assembled i have had no issues with it and it is confertable for long sit downs.
