    The product itself (router) The product itself is excellent. It worked super easy and provided a fantastic internet connection and good speed. App for this product: The app that Arris uses for this router mesh system is BAD! It was POORLY designed. It seem that Arris was in a hurry to complete this app. Some missing information does not provide too many options as eeros. My final thought: I tried this Arris system and did not like it ONLY for the app. I will def. stick with eero products. Eeros app is impressive, smooth, and easy to navigate. I have control of my wifi system with eeros.

    This replaced our Linksys router from 2015. Could not be happier with its performance so far. Lives up to its speed claims!

    Had exactly 3 months of service when it inexplicably stopped working. Troubleshooting an hour or two and I’m done. My two backup routers work fine. My old one was hooked up and operating right next to it when it failed so no surges. Lights are on just no wifi. I haven’t contacted Best Buy yet but will likely be a waste of my time. Avoid this one.
