Great Buy

The light combo is way easier to tell if theres something wrong too. Makes it alot easier for folk who don't know what each light means on an older modem/router.

Device works, app does not

Setup is easy but the app used to interface with the device did not work. I had to call customer service and manually set it up. For that reason it gets 4 stars.

When my current one fails completely, I’ll be buying this again.

Don't buy if you have Apple 6E devices

For 3 days I tried every suggestion from Apple and Arris yet nothing worked. Also for some strange reason when I connect my device ti the network I'm told that my network is hidden despite checking the option to broadcast my network ssid in the modem/router gateway. Considering that the main reason why I bought this was that I could use 6e I'm returning this until Arris gets this sorted out.

Super Fast!!!

Download speeds of 1.2gbs over wifi, Fortnite 50gb game was downloaded under 8min...... Worth the current price tag of $600 thats everyones own personal judgment.

Frequent disconnect and no fix

Do NOT buy this. known comcast frequent disconnect issues. Been having constant disconnect once I swapped from old modem to this one. Searched arris and Comcast forum and this is a specific hardware aka modem issue and there's no fix yet We tried having Comcast technician onsite and nothing improved
