However, the head piece that clips in is a royal pain to keep attached and with two plastic piece scraping your head each time you move your head.. Otherwise, this is a quality piece. I took off one star due to this irritation. I will say though, if you try to watch TV shows, it has a tendency to make a weird sound fairly frequently and I can’t figure out why. This is a good buy but seriously, for the amount of money spent, you want top-top quality.

The sound quality is great and after having them on for a few minutes I sometimes forget I have the headset on. They’re also super easy to connect with the PS5 - just plug the base in and turn on the headset. I’m glad I finally made the jump!

My bad for not getting the BBY warranty! When they work they sound great, but not worth the headache. I should not have to use tape to improvise the poor head band design.

They have updates and they fit my head perfectly. The sound is amazing, and I use them for both PC/Xbox. I have had many headsets in the past but these are here to stay.

It has much better party chat sound, compared to Turtle Beach and the Rig 500. I have had no issues yet, the connection stays and doesn’t make random popping interference sounds.

This essentially makes me keep the headset stay connected which defeats the point of it being wireless. The headset feels premium and looks premium but it sucks that it rarely keeps a charge.
