Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been completely loyal to Apple products thus far in my life, so the switch to an ASUS was a new experience. After some getting used to, I enjoy using this computer very much. It is fast as it has a strong processor and the display is very high quality. The touch screen has had no problems thus far and everything runs smoothly. My complaints with the product are the ease of use of the touchpad and the speakers. The speakers are very poor quality and even at full volume, the sounds are muffled and the speakers don't output a lot of sound. The touchbar will occasionally glitch and won't switch modes and it hasn't proved very practical. It is a fun concept, but very often I won't be able to switch from one mode to another.

Regarding the sound quality from the speakers, I recommend updating your Realtek Audio Driver. For the ScreenPad issues, see if reinstalling the ScreenPad apps increases stability for you at all. This is a new technology and we will continue to update it in the future. I'll include download links below. Beautiful, Powerful, Pricey

Its powerful, has a gorgeous display, feels good, doesn't get overly warm, and the PowerPad is pretty sweet. The negatives I've found are obviously the price and the micro sd reader seems to only read up to 64 GB cards. I tried 2 of my 128 GB cards and neither were recognized. Might be type of card though...
