This is the perfect laptop for someone who needs versatility. You can use it as a laptop to do your work, pay your bills, or you can use it as a tablet on a road trip watching movies in the backseat. The 2 in 1 form factor of this product is definitely what stood out to me. The display is amazing, the sound quality is awesome, the processing is fast, and there's a load of space for anything you want to save. Another thing that caught my eye was the optical drive. Most new laptops don't include optical drives anymore. They sacrifice it to make the product more lightweight, but I personally feel like it still necessary to have. Especially since DVDs and CDs are still not obsolete. I am very satisfied with my purchase of this laptop.

This Asus computer is great,love the 360 degree rotation.Even if u may not think you'll need it its great to have because u probably will find it useful. Best tech I own. Only (very small) complaint would be that the touchpad can be a bit hard to navigate as its sensitive & sometimes when I think I'm left clicking I end up right clicking but that can be solved with a mouse honestly if it's an issue. Or you may reduce the sensitivity (haven't tried yet but probably going to, only a bit of a bother when I play the Sims 4). Overall great purchase more than enough space for school & play needs :)

I have been very impressed with the speed of this laptop. Speed and Wireless Network connection are much better than any previous laptop I've had. Touch screen is nice although I don't use it a lot. Flip function is a little awkward due to the size. Tablet mode only seems to be able to use landscape mode but maybe I'm doing something wrong. No problems so far. Great buy if you need a speedy laptop with touch screen.

Great computer to replace your old laptop and desktop. A little to big to replace the tablet, but I don't use tablets much anyways. Windows 10 is nice, the gaming is nice, and the power I need to do CAD drawings is nice. I love the touchscreen as well. It comes with a cool little subwoofer that really makes the audio pop on this thing. I haven't found any cons yet. The price seems really good for what you get!

This computer has a great video card for a laptop. It is an i7 for a reasonable price. Touchscreen, yes. I have had some Windows 10 audio driver problems, but I expect to work them out by removing the system Modify permission from the Realtek/Audio folder so Win Updates can't break it again. I fully expect to be able to run SW:Battlefront, but I haven't tested it yet.

I shopped around for 3 weeks before deciding on this 2 in 1. This is the first laptop I looked at and after comparing hundreds of different models and several brands, I came back to to this one. Very few had an ethernet port and a dvd drive and are 2 in 1. This also has the feel of Asus quality, 1080 resolution and a touch screen. The 8 GB is enough for my needs and the 2 GB for gaming is a plus. I am very pleased with the buying choice that I made, even though it was more than I initially set out to spend. I realized it was a purchase for a longer period of time with the Windows 10 pre-loaded and the 1 TB hard drive. I bought the multi-year protection plan so the Geek Squad set it up for me at no charge, What a great experience!

First off I want to say I had to take this product back to the store Two times. Both were different issues. My 1st purchase of this was fantastic. I love the style of the computer. I like how the keyboard layout is. Only issue is that the light is silver on silver. So, the touch screen didn't work properly. I would try to press at the top of the screen and it would register at the bottom of my screen. Not only that but the laptop was freezing. Brand new and the laptop was freezing? Something seemed off and I took the laptop back. Maybe it was a flook! So let's try again. The second laptop. I was hopeful that this was a one time thing. Unfortunately I had new problems with this one. Just as my 15 day warranty was about to expire it started to shutoff on it's own. No on screen warnings. It was not over heating, and although the power button is in a HORRIBLE location, I was not pressing it. So yet again I took it back. This time, I was not so happy. The bestbuy employees assured me that this was very strange. This product is one of the best they have! I was annoyed. So yet again I exchanged the computer. After the first two the laptop seems to work fine. Cons~ 1)Everything on this laptop can be smudged. Fingerprints on the front and back. So if you hate that, this is so not for you. 2)The keyboard light is silver on silver. Who ever thought that was a good idea was highly mistaken. 3) The power button is on the left side right at the bottom, where most people will lift up their computer and such. Pros~ 1)It's light and easy to carry around. 2)Sleek design. 3)Keyboard layout is very nice. Not hard to type even with big fingers. 4) Versatile. The 2 in 1 makes this really nice option as a tablet too. 5)Fast~ I can open a lot of windows, play netflix and many other things all at once. The windows 10 and the snap function work amazing on this laptop. 6)The Nividia Geforce makes this a capable laptop for the casual gamer. League of legends worked perfectly on high settings on this laptop. 7) Comes with a nice speaker. My experience may have been bad but the product at the end was well worth the hassle. I made sure to get an extended warranty and took advantage of bestbuy's exchange policy.

I upgraded memory to G.SKILL Ripjaws Series Model F3-2133C11S-8GRSL and dvd burner to LG BU20N Internal Blu-ray Writer. I had no problems before but wanted too burn blu ray and max out memory. other 2 in 1 don't come with optical drives and NVidia graphic cards. Bluestacks Android Emulator works flawlessly with the touchscreen and feels same as my Samsung galaxy tab s 10.5 tablet. Highly recommended laptop.

After reviewing all the available laptops out there, I decided to go to Best Buy and get some hands on experience. The Best Buy rep was awesome and answered every one of my questions. Based on the activity that I would be doing (mainly work stuff - Office - some picture and video editing), I decided on the Asus laptop. It is a 2 in 1 so it works like a tablet as well. Easy to use and navigate thru. Had a small issue getting hooked to Wi-Fi networks, but one "chat" online with an Asus rep and it was solved within 5 minutes.

Bought it for a little under $900 and it's worth every dollar. The 2 gig video card was the sell point for me. The only problem I have with it is the very very very long boot time. If for my Vaio the time from Off to fully usable is about 15 seconds, for this one the boot time is about 2 minutes.

This computer has everything. It is so rare to find a 15 inch HD touchscreen and a cd/dvd optical drive in the same computer. Top it all off with an i7 and dedicated graphics with easy to upgrade memory.

I bought several to try and kept this one. Great keyboard and for me the 10 key is a must. All software loaded lightning fast. I didn't want to think I would use the touch screen feature but it has come in handy several times. It is also quite lightweight, especially the smaller charger and good screen quality.

One of the best 2-in-1's around as far as I'm concerned. It may be a little big, but it comes packed with a high end microprocessor and GPU, as well as an optical disk drive. My main complaint is that it's only DVD-RW because it'd be nice to be able to watch Blu-rays on the beautiful display. Blu-ray functionality would also come in handy when utilizing the HDMI port too. The 3 USB drives add a lot of versatility to it as well. It even comes packed with an external speaker if you intend to use it for playing music. The added convenience of pre-installed Windows 10 is a perfect selling point as well. It improves greatly upon 7 while including the few useful qualities of 8.1 and is really conducive to switching between laptop and tablet mode. You can probably find a comparable laptop for a lower price sold by a different brand, but in my opinion Asus is becoming a major player in the market and is proving itself with a respectable track record.

Bought this laptop for my girlfriend, who needed a new one for school. So far it's been fantastic. Fast, powerful, and great features. The touchscreen with windows 10 is really good.

This is a powerhouse. Without breaking the bank, we got two of them while on sale. The screen is crisp and clear. Touchscreen is very responsive and accurate. Keyboard is very comfortable to type on and the lighted keys are a plus. Starts up very fast, has plenty of RAM and a LARGE hard drive. We honestly could not be happier. We purchased these to replace desktop units so that we could also be portable and these fit the bill better than any other offering out there for a grand or less.

This laptop has a good combination of a large screen, 2-in-1 capability, high storage capacity, optical drive, and the latest processor without as much weight as some. A good choice for business and personal use.

I purchased two of these laptops for my two sons studying engineering. So far they are happy with their laptops and battery life. Talking with Dean of the Engineering Dept. they I could have easily gotten by with an i5 processor for a lot less money.

I bought this laptop for college and was pleasantly surprised by the price I got it at ($150 off coupon). I've only had it for about a week, but overall I'm pretty happy with it so far. My only complaint is that the lighting on the keyboard is slightly off — the left hand edge doesn't completely light up. With the price of the computer being so high I was pretty disappointed with that.

This is my first Asus laptop and it came highly recommended and so I had high expectations. I've had the computer for about a month and so far it has not just reached, but exceeded those expectations! It's fast and quiet and I love the touch screen.

This laptop more than meets my families expectations. We love how easy it goes from laptop to tablet mode by folding the keyboard back. This laptop is very fast and would be great for gaming and video editing. The picture quality is also very nice.
