Laptop is perfect size, not too small and not too big. Battery last a long time and charges so fast. Laptop is very lightweight too. The only thing I wish it had was computer keyboard keys to be lifted up just a tad for typing.

The speakers are not very loud but that’s a good thing so when my daughter is doing her work in her room it’s not a bother. It’s fast and just the right size for a 10 year old and doing her work. I am pleased and so is she.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. She had an older laptop and this is faster and easy to use. She likes to leave multiple tabs open this handles it well. The screen is a good size and it's very lightweight.

I pick this for my dad because of what his needs were. He needed to surf the web, social media, and a little bit of word documents. The speed is great and graphics are nice. It boots up very quickly and he is enjoying the camera for video calling. The last laptop I got him 10 years ago was bigger, but the smaller screen isn’t a big deal when you increase font size. I would recommend this laptop for everyday users. He’s 85 and picked up the use of it pretty quickly. It’s also very lightweight which is a plus.

In the midst of distance learning my 5 year old accidentally sat on my old laptop and broke it. We need a laptop quick and affordable. This one was on sale and reviews were really good so we gave it a chance. We LOVE IT!! It’s perfect for our basic needs, it’s lightweight, it’s sleek, it’s quiet. It’s awesome! We took it out of S mode as the other reviews mentioned and are easily able to access all that we need with zero problems! Also BB shipping was super on point we only went one weekday and a half without a computer!

I bought this laptop because it was fairly cheap, small, and can operate Microsoft Office through normal license rather than an app. It has been great for doing my school work as well as my husband managing his business accounts online and my children streaming videos through various websites.

I am enjoying this ASUS laptop so far. My husband and I already have an ASUS laptop, and when we found this one for 1/2 the price (and still available at bestbuy.com during COVID-19), it was pretty much a no-brainer. It is used for work, emails, Excel sheets, etc. and works great. The only ding for this laptop is that it does not have a numeric keypad (which is clear in the photos, but somehow I just didn't notice that until I was using it for about a day). It's an easy fix, though. You can get a cheap usb number keypad online for under 10 bucks. I've had the computer for about a month as of the time of this review. Would buy again!

Bought this just prior to COVID stay/work-from-home initiation period, and it has been really great and supportive for its function and purpose. If you are looking for something on a budget and still desire quality performance and reliability, I would recommend this laptop for simple office or home office use.

It is a really good laptop. I bought it because I needed something inexpensive to use while working from home. It does most of what I need it to do. One thing I love is that it is extremely quiet which helps me concentrate. It is great for word processing and accessing the internet. Over all, it exceeded my expectations.

I absolutely love this laptop. I was forced to purchase a new laptop after my last one went out on me, and I purchased this one. I love the ease of use, the speed and the memory that this laptop comes with. Just wonderful. This is my first Asus laptop and I am not disappointed at all.

Cheaper outer covering and feels cheap but it works for what I need. Boots up faster than any computer I have ever had. I have a 27” iMac but wanted something mobile and cheaper than Apples laptops. I’ll use it in the shop to research repairs and when traveling with no problems. It’s not going to keep up with the Mac but I like it so much that I got a monitor to use with it while my daughter is having to use the Mac.

This is a very user friendly. screen is great and speed is great. cant say enough about how light it is.

What a great laptop. My high school daughter loves it. It is super fast and unlike a Chromebook it has a 128gb hard drive. Some people complained about the sound. It is adequate. This Laptop performs better than laptops costing 4x more.

This laptop was great. I loved how easy it was to set up everything updated and worked well I love the slim design and how fast it charges it’s truly a great laptop for school work or just personal use the storage is great everything works super fast I have no overall complaints!

easy to use, user friendly, light weight, extended battery life for off site usage

I have only had this little gem for just a few days and so far excellent. As soon as I opened the box I took it out of S mode so I could down load some software from my employer. It easily keeps up with any application that I use and with multiple windows and or tabs open at the same time. Great battery life. I can't comment on the speakers as I do not use them. Used it to Face time once so far and it handled it with any glitches or lags. The only flaw that I have seen to date is that the caps lock does NOT have an indicator light on it to let the user know that the caps lock is on. Other than that, great for what I use it for.

As soon as I unboxed it I already have loved the sleek design and the color, has a very easy use and works pretty fast!

Considering this laptop was purchased for $249, it is an amazing value. Quick to turn on and off and has no trouble with typical tasks like web browsing, video conferencing, watching videos and running office software. The specs are decent for these purposes, and as a result of not being too powerful, the battery life is pretty strong. My only complaint is that so far I haven't been able to figure out how to reverse the function keys (e.g., change volume without holding "fn" key).

Nice white design. Runs super fast compared to my old laptop. Great for the price. I just wish it was touchscreen
