Customers consistently note the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 TUF 8GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 Graphics Card's excellent performance and effective cooling system, frequently praising its quiet operation and robust build quality. While some users appreciate the card's attractive design, a common concern is its relatively high price and large size, which may not be suitable for all computer builds.

This card is absolutely amazing. Thermals are great, fans are whisper quiet, and performance is excellent. My only complaint is that I spent way more than the original MSRP.

Excellent GPU. It is also quite large, make sure to check your case dimensions. I recommend atleast a 750w power supply. Yes, it's expensive and hard to get. Paired with a powerful CPU, this thing will get about 80 frames on 1440p highest settings in a game like Red Dead Redemption 2. Obviously individual games, etc will vary. It can do 4k gaming as well, but don't expect the same performance as a 3080 or 3090.

I bought the card right before the prices rocketed which cost me $560 [$617 W/ Taxes]. I was able to to pick it up from a nearby store just 2 days after I was able to secure an order. It has been phenomenal in terms of performance and cooling capability. The card is able to maintain nice stable conditions under load and has so far given me zero problems.

This behemoth of a card is awesome. Definitely check to make sure this will fit in your case. I'm not a GPU expert, but it seems like this thing can handle whatever is thrown at it. DLSS, ray tracing - seems to have all the fixin's. Runs cool and quiet. Never had any issues. This card is so big that it does have a slight lean going on sitting inside the case, but doesn't seem to affect performance.
This card is on the expensive side since everything has increased in price at the time of this writing, but the quality of the product is unmatched compared to other GPUs. You get what you pay for here and you will not be disappointed.

This card is huge and you may need to plan around the size. The card is quiet and I have not had any coil noise as others have mentioned. Obviously it slays 1440P at max settings on just about every game.
I am not sure the price increase above the FE would be worth it in normal times, but given the current circumstances the value is there even at 649.99.

Very cool and very quiet. Handles 1440p with no issues paired with a 5600x and Crucial Ballistix XMP'd to 3600. Just ~20FPS lower than I got with a 3080 FE in Warzone.
Even mounted vertically in stock air configuration, temps were no more than 62 degrees Celsius gaming. Did I hear the card? Nope, not in a Phanteks P500A.
Now for the question... is it worth it? For $749.99, absolutely not. The market is insane, and we were led on by Nvidia to believe they gave us a reason to upgrade. And they did, with the MSRP for the FE being at $499, and the original MSRP for this not being much higher ($549.99).

This is one of the best built RTX 3070's on the market. Going by teardowns, this card uses components that are better than the minimum spec required by Nvidia, and the design of this card helps keep the card extremely cool while in use. It's extremely quiet, runs with temperatures at a mere 65c when pegged at full use, and will handle most things you throw at it with relative ease.
I'd like to say that it will not play the newest titles at 4K maxed, but it will do most at acceptable settings in 4K. I'd say this card is more a 1440P powerhouse. It's a good, affordable card that ASUS has overspecced and as a result you get one of the quietest and coolest cards on the market with components that will likely last longer than other card makers.

Bought this to replace my old gtx 1070, and the boost in performance is amazing. Just wish the price was a little lower, but other than that no problems or complaints.

This GPU is an amazing choice for 144hz 1440p gaming. Framerates constantly stay above 100 even at maximum graphics on the games I play, and I couldn’t be happier with the card. Ray tracing isn’t too good at 1440p, but it’s still a nice feature to have. This version of the card has very good cooling to top it off, definitely the best version of the card (that is reasonably priced).

Besides regular use, I personally use it for Iracing. Runs 3 1080p screens at 140fps capped no problem. After a 45 minute race of 28 cars with ultra graphics plus custom settings for more detail (which weren't included in ultra for some reason), temps barely peaked 60 degrees with fans at 52%

For $50 more than MSRP, this card proves its value. It’s massive, but very cool and quiet in comparison to the reference. This uses the same cooler as the Asus TUF RTX 3080, so it has no problem keeping the GPU cool. In game, I never go above 70c (65 when not OC’d) and usually sit around 30c on idle.
It overclocks pretty well, at least with my card. It holds around 2100MHz with ease. At 1440p/144Hz, this seems like the perfect card for me. I also like that it has 2 HDMI ports as well, unlike the 1 HDMI the reference and many other models have.

Got this 2nd time trying bestbuy drop. TUF is one of the top performing GPUs currently, especially when it comes to cooling. Absolutely love the card. WIsh it had more rgb but beggers can't be choosers in current market. Definitely keep trying!

Incredibly quiet and cool card. TUF is all this needs to keep it operating at optimal condition. No further explanation needed.
My only complain is the current price level for GPUs. I am afraid future generations may have gear envy.

Great GPU and to note this card is slightly larger than the EVGA models but that's likely due to the better heat dissipation in the card. Runs a few degrees cooler which is a plus.
