Customers consistently note the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 24GB GDDR6X Strix Graphics Card's outstanding performance and excellent cooling capabilities, frequently praising its aesthetics and powerful GPU. However, the high price point and relatively large size are common concerns, along with some reports of fan noise at higher speeds. A few users also mentioned coil whine, though others reported no such issue.

One of the best RTX 3090s out there! and the RGB is beautufil, but not as bright as I wish it would but still enough to see through my tinted black Corsair 5000d Airflow case,
I was initially gonna go with the 3080 Ti from EVGA but I seen they had this baby in stock at my local bestbuy so i price matched it to amazon and bought it and I am happy with my purchase, The reason I went with a 3090 over a 3080 Ti was to future proof my self my build a little bit although nothing in technology is ever future proof tbh lol,
but i intend to get into video editing , photoshop , streaming live and just want the best of the best tbh lol , i think its ridiculous that the previous 2080 Ti had 24gb of vram and the new 3080 Ti has only 12gb smh , maybe the 3090 is just a money grab , but I payed the price for this one because it comes with RGB and also a triple fan cooling
If you are just gaming and want a GPU for that specific subject , Id say to go for the 3080 Ti however, if you are like me and just want the best of the best , RGB and a better cooling system than the Founders Edition , go with this one
Depending on the temps in your house , this GPU runs pretty cool , it usually idles anywhere from 30c -45c MAX
If you are into overclocking and can put it on a waterblock then you can really take advantage of its full potential!
3090s are also one of the best mining GPUS, atleast for ETHEREUM ,
*****also keep in mind that if you might need to upgrade your Power Supply unit ,and if you have an old CPU, you also can potientially bottle neck this powerhouse of a GPU.
It is also pretty big so make sure that you can even fit this gpu in your case! , it fit well in my Corsair 5000d Airflow midtower case ,
PC Specs :
MSI Z690 Edge DDR4 - MOTHERBOARD
Intel 12th Gen i7 12700k - CPU
Corsair DDR4 3600mhz - RAM
Corsair ICUE H150 Elite Capellix CPU AIO ,
EVGA GT 850w Auto Eco Mode

This thing is huge! 4k gaming on this card is so amazing it almost put a tear in my eye. Don’t buy if you plan to only 1080p/1440p game; get a 3080 instead the vale is just not there. This thing does pretty good with overclocking and sucks up 480 watts! This thing does get a bit toasty too. If you got way too much money to waste, I do recommend.

I was lucky enough to be able to get my hands on one of these cards and I love it. Playing games on it is amazing compared to the 2080 super I upgraded from. The cooling system on this asus card does the job very well and it looks great too. The only issue on temps that I have is that the memory chips on the back get very hot when under heavy use. If you are planning to mine on this card to make some of the money back, this is something you should look into before buying, as it is easy to hit the 110 Celsius mark over time if not cooled properly. This is a very expensive graphics card and if you are trying to find they best value, this is definitely not the card you should get, instead get a 3080... that is if they ever fix the stock issue. If you don’t mind paying the price for a small jump in performance or the extra memory like I did, then this is a possible option for you.

If you want the performance without worrying about cost, this is the GPU to get. I was lucky to snag this GPU back in December.
This GPU is huge, you need to make sure your case will accommodate this beast.
Overclocking is fairly easy on this GPU and man does this sucker fly.
I mainly play Call of Duty Cold War / Cyberpunk 2077 / Gears 5... man, I'm loving the way my games are buttery smooth.

Pros:
Absolute monster of a card.
Plays everything in 4k 60-120fps.
Plays Cyberpunk 2077 on 4k raytracing ultra at 60fps.
Complete and utter overkill of a card but if you have the money, go for it.
Cons:
Could buy a car instead
Screams like a banshee with coil whine when it hits vsync 120 fps.

Best 4K/8K Graphics Card

This is the BEST and FASTEST 4K/8K graphics card money can buy! Its price is steep, so please buy it if you are using its 24 GB VRAM for something other than just gaming. Its cooling performance is very good - my gpu temp doesn’t get higher than 70-72 C under load. It chugs a lot of power - around 390 W with the OC bios and can use even more power it if you plan to overclock further. It is in high demand, so would be lucky to just have one!

What a beast of a card runs everything smoothly in 4K haven't seen the 144 fps on a 4k monitor the closest is 138 fps and this is awesome even with the card undervoltaged it runs at 1900 MHz and hasn't gone over 60° very happy coming from a evga 3080 ti didn't need to upgrade but I wanted to lol thankfully Best Buy had one in stock

I'm rating it 3 stars simply for the price. But price aside it is an amazing GPU, I guess I got lucky as I have not had any coil whine with mine when running gpu stress tests or high fps in game. The cooler on this strix card is amazing too. Like others have said this is a good product if your willing to pay the price. Hopefully it will come down but who knows really.

I want to clear up a big question I had before I bought this card with no clear answer. To be very clear this card is the OC Edition. I came to the conclusion that is wasn't when I was looking through the reviews, and questions, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was. Best buy just needs to update their description of it to help clear the water. This card is arguably the best you can get on todays market. I am very excited to try it out.

Probably the best AIB card that's out there aside from the Kingpin 3090. However, this is a halo product that shouldn't be used for your average (or even enthusiast) gamer. That said, for all intents and purposes, it's a very well built card, with some of the best VRMs I've seen in the ampere lineup.
That said, I have also received a card affected by what seems to be VRAM coil whine. I'm waiting on a waterblock to arrive so I can replace the air cooler. Some conversation within the overclocking community seems to indicate that the backplate is fastened to tightly and is causing the coil whine on the card. I haven't personally tried loosening the backplate on the stock cooler, but will give variable amounts of torque when the waterblock arrives to see if it makes a difference. If you're a gamer, tinker-er, and someone that benefits from the extra cuda cores for their workload, this is a fantastic GPU.

Safe to say this is a beast of a graphics card, 480w board power limit means you can over clock to your harts content.
The Cooler dose it's job well, even when it is at 480w of power.
