Great Loud Laptop

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is such a great laptop but if you plan to use it for gaming you might be disappointed with performance. Firstly the fans get atrociously loud. So for editing videos it's fine because you can render and let it do it's thing but if you plan to play games and use performance mode on the fans to keep it cool you're essentially standing in front of an airplane engine. Super loud. Besides that this laptop is great, the software is simple and useful. The screen is bright and big. And with 32gb ram you can throw a lot at it.

Performance is good and can handle plenty of games. Build quality is the best I have seen for a while. It was easy to add an additional SSD. Highly recommended…..good for designers and light gaming at decent frame rates.

I love the image quality and the fact that i can use the TouchPad as a drawing tablet. Still getting used to the dial so no comments there. The difference in the keypad doesn't bother me and I find it very comfortable. I haven't used it for gaming or making animations so I don't know how well it performs with heavier work load.

SUPERIOR POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT: BestBuy and ASUS

From what I could tell this would have been a great laptop BUT Tech Support would not help resolve the issue. Geek Squad gave me the run around and ASUS Tech Support was useless. I think it is a bad AC adapter but couldn't verify due to poor customer support.
