    Avoid at all cost. Riddled with buggy execution, terrible unstable wifi connectivity, fan noise is unbearable, the laptop stopped charging the battery 6 months in turning it into a useless brick. In touch with support and now I'll I have to wait several weeks to get it back. Wish I went with a reputable brand.

    Liked everything about it, especially the screen, but eventually returned it because it wasn't quite as light as I expected. This was the main reason I got it as I'm disabled. Would still recommend. A little noisy when gaming, though.

    It's all a person may ask about a beast of a CPU, 32GB of high-speed RAM and you can flip the screen, so on my stand, it is in a flipped position next to another monitor.

    Use the Laptop for work and Gaming. Havent had any problems with it overheating or getting to warm when playing games. Super happy with the performance for how small it is. Great laptop. Would buy again

    Not able to provide a full review because my unit had a dead screen. I had heard some of ASUS lineup had QC issues. Looks likes this was the case. Had to return it and have Best Buy ship a replacement.

    This thinks wouldn't work, audio, mouse pad, and keyboard were shot as soon as I opened the box. Immediately returned it.

    Great computer for both school and gaming, got it for university because I wanted to have a tablet feature but also wanted it to be powerful enough for gaming.

    Open Box - Wrong Charger Inside

    Just picked up one of these as open box and the wrong charger was inside. The instructions and the Asus webpage show that it uses a 130W USB C charger. Customer service said I had to go back to the store. I suggested a price change/refund for the difference of a new charger or a used one from the other open box one that the app said was in store. I was offered a generic laptop charger to purchase at a markdown. Now I have to buy a $90 charger from Asus for an open box item that was marked as ‘Excellent.’ I work retail and I get no one knew what to do, but this is far from what I think anyone would call a satisfsctory customer experience.

    Best Buy fumbled my order

    The way best buy handled my purchase of this item is just sad. I ordered an open box item when it was on sale, and they sent me the wrong model. Not only that, but the one I was sent had the bottom plate switched out so the serial number on the laptop didn't match the serial number of the actual laptop. I took it to the best buy store in Fort Collins, CO, and they told me there was nothing they could do since I wanted to exchange the product for the one I ordered. So then I had to call the customer support number and explain to them the situation to them. I specifically requested an EXCHANGE so they would send me the correct product. Well I sent the laptop back to best buy through UPS and a few days later they sent me an email saying that they had refunded my order. I had specifically asked the customer service agent on the phone to EXCHANGE the product, NOT to just refund it, and that's exactly what they did anyway. I am disappointed in Best Buy's customer service and I will NEVER buy open box from them ever again.

    Awful coil whine

    Literally had to turn it off immediately because it wasmaking a high pitched screetch. Quality control is consistently bad from Asus.

      We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with this model. The noise that is emitting from the computer is known as coil whine. When the electrical current is increased to a certain point, the magnetic field around the coil can cause it to vibrate, which produces the whiny sound. After a short amount of time the noise should go away as the components regulates. However, if it is that the sound is too much for you, then we would recommend that you have this device sent in for servicing.
