Good until it isn't.

I am an online college student who posts online and likes editing audio and video and occasionally gaming. I purchased this laptop in April of 2022 for schoolwork, editing podcasts and YouTube videos, and playing a farm-simulation game that involves a valley - (I don't know if I can say the name in a BestBuy review.) As of August 2023, I can say that I am looking into getting a new computer to replace this one. I have experienced issues with my Bluetooth connectivity, the startup login refusing to work unless I use ctrl+alt+dlt, the laptop not wanting to sleep, keyboard lights turning on despite not being in use, and now it refuses to let me upload photos to websites without crashing. A laptop a little over a year old should NOT be giving this many issues. The battery life when not connected to the charger is meh, even when light browsing, which negates the portability aspect of a laptop. I genuinely wish I had purchased a desktop instead.

Great Gaming Laptop

Not just gaming, but content creator Best Friend . I would hold out for the scar advantage g15 , but this is WAY WORTH THE PRICE! The customers care , geek squad,, GREAT TO HAVE . overall great SERVICE .
