I’m using it to work with very demanding dental softwares and it work perfectly. The only thing is that the battery doesn’t last very long when I use the dental softwares.

I've bought this laptop because I have heard how good it was. Once I bought it, I quickly realized how wrong I was. The laptop is ungodly unstable with constant errors, application crashes and blue screens. I have bought this back in April, and I needed a laptop because I will be traveling to another state to help my sister with her health situation. This laptop was for productivity with a little bit of light gaming. The MAJOR problem with this laptop is that it has the i9-14900HX cpu. Because of the 14th gen cpu, my laptop frequently crashes during updates, applications and gaming. I also tend to game with the settings LOWERED, but this laptop still seems to crash without fail. Any effort to curb the errors have been for naught, and I am incredibly stressed out on trying to keep this piece of machine stable. I also happen to have some knowledge about PCs, and I am 100% certain that the processor of this laptop is preventing it from functioning properly. The instability gets worse as the months pass. It is now August 8 and my head is spinning on how many times applications on this machine crashes. Now I'm stuck in a different state with an unstable laptop that I can barely use. I have the reliability monitor photo to show it too. Not a single day goes by without something breaking! I will warn ANY potential buyer from buying this piece of equipment. The stability will get WORSE. Unless you want an expensive paperweight, I would AVOID THIS LAPTOP AT ALL COSTS!

Some software doesn’t run properly, and my laptop often fails to detect my wired Razer mouse. I have to unplug and replug the mouse every time I turn the laptop on. Disappointed

It’s worth the money

Haven't had any issues and preforms above my expectations. For the price you can’t beat it . Runs as good as a full blown gaming pc (of the same standards) the fans are pretty loud but I never had a issue with that’s sense I’m normally wearing a head set 10/10

I put Elders scroll online, Minecraft, Microsof collection, amazon games, Prime gaming and Fortnite. With all the games they run very smooth. Also with this laptop it has an audio eith Dobly Atmos that allows you to have specific sound settings for each game. System starts fast i use a gaming mouse and an Xbox controller all run smooth. I bought mine in Nov 2024 still running great aon all games.

Runs a little loud but not a bother since I wear headphones when using it. Runs most games smoothly right out of the box. Definitely worth upgrading to add a second SSD.

Picked this up a couple weeks ago, and wow, this thing flies. I mainly got it for gaming and some video editing on the side, and it hasn’t let me down at all.

I’m not text savvy so when it comes down to having everything basic for me to just get on to my thing stream, have it not go too crazy on me it’s worth it. It’s worth the price. It does not come with the number pad, but if you’re gaming, you don’t need that
