    Sleep Mode

    Had to send the 1st shipment back because the card reader (graphics card) was bad. There were lines on the monitor screen. The new one that was traded out/replaced, when it goes to sleep the computer will not wake up my monitor when the computer wakes up. I have purchased laptops from this same brand and have had issues with the monitor waking up without having to power off the entire computer. All other functions seems fine so far.

      I'm sorry to hear that you have been having issues with multiple units. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control, testing and inspections. What you've experienced was not intentional or representative of our brand. If you haven't already, I recommend updating your VGA drivers and ensuring you have installed all available Windows updates.     EASY SETUP, GREAT SPEEDS

    We use for gaming, streaming and school and it works flawlessly. Gaming is the most demanding and it handles it so well!

    Just horrible. Please avoid!!

    About a week ago my computer started behaving strange, When I put my computer to sleep or shut it down, then I try to restart it, it will only go as far as the logo screen and no further!, unless i unplug and plug it back in or I hold down the power button to make it restart,, I completed a system restore hoping that would resolve the issue, but i was still having the problem, upon contacting the company( I was forced to call them 8 times before i finally found an agent who didn't hang up on me) I was informed that my 1year warranty had expired on 3/31/2021, to which i informed the agent that it was impossible because I had purchased my pc on 4/27/2020, I informed him I still had my receipt and could prove my purchase date, He then told me he would give me an email address so i could send the proof of purchase, after that ask me to hold, which i did...at that point he just sat on the other end of the line, i ask him several times over the course of the phone call if he was still on the line, each time he replied yes, when i would ask for the email address, he would then again ask me to hold, this went on for about an hour, He then disconnected me, and each attempt to call the company was unsuccessful! I did not add any new hardware, and i used the factory keyboard and mouse! Anyone reading this review, Please save your money, your time and energy and go with another brand! I seen another user that encounter the same exact problem that i have had, Its a shame companies don't stand behind their products anymore, Especially when the products are this expensive! .

    I made a mistake

    I spent three gran on this computer. When I first got it. everything was fine until three weeks in. when you turn it on its stuck at the logo screen until you hold the button to turn it off and turn it on to get it working.. I bought a 10 tb hard drive for storage. After a couple of weeks of installing the hard drive it would freeze every 15 minutes and crash my programs forcing them to restart. The key board I accidentally destroyed because it caught on to my headphone wires fell and hit the ground and couple of key button flew off. I tried to repair it but would not work so its in the land field somewhere. The I9 feels like an I5 processor after waiting for my programs to load up slower than my 5 year old I7 laptop. little frustrated when my other old computers can out perform this computer. Not recommended.

      Do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience if you are experiencing slow system speed or performance issue with the desktop. Certainly, the PC will out-perform your old laptop.

      If the system stalls during POST and started experiencing performance issue after installing a 10TB hardrive, please verify if the hardrive is compatible, working properly and installed correctly. If the hardrive was verified as good, please load default settings in the BIOS in order to reconfigure hardrive correctly. Make sure to save before exiting the BIOS. Also, please verify if the PC is running with BIOS version 310.

      Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. Please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/.

      While accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance. Also, clearing internet cache or browsing history will improve system performance.
