    Overall great performance but the cpu gets hot after playing long period time. The display is very good if you don’t get defective.

    Erratic touchpad problem when plugged. It seems like grounding problem of the touchpad, which is the reason I am going to return this unit. Others are fine. It seems like other also have problem with the touchpad. Used to have G15 with no problem.

    Fans Noise & Hot Wind Blows to the Screen

    Once you open the lid, the screen is behind the vent. When the fans activate, the vents blow hot winds directly to the screen, making the screen very hot.

    I thought it's the same on the asus website, but after bought it just realize that it's not the mini led screen. Really don't understand why

    DO NOT BUY. Buggy buggy buggy.

    When playing Cyberpunk with HDR turned on, I get a consistent stutter every 2-3 seconds. It is very bad. I tried everything to fix it and updated all my bios etc... still didn't fix it. I also had issues with Destiny 2 HDR. The screen would just flicker in and out of the game over and over crashing the game sometimes. Terrible. I returned it thinking I got a defective unit. The second one I got had the EXACT SAME issues. I repeat two units had the same issues. Google it, it is a common problem with these laptops. The HDR issues, plastic cheap feeling build, terrible RGB lighting on the keycaps (they look chipped around the edges seriously it is uneven to the eye and hard to describe how cheap these keycaps look) are things I cannot overlook. Do not buy this laptop. It has serious issues. Buy Razer, the build quality alone is worth it.

    This is false advertising. The product does not have the specs that are listed in the "close look" not "specifications" section. Upon receiving the product, basic computer knowledge will clearly show that this product is not being delivered as advertised. I contacted Best Buy, who offered no help nor solution. Disgraceful.

    Incredible thermal throttleing!

    Non intuitive fan control, gpu gets very hot without the fans spinning up, cpu underperforms heavily. Aorus 17h performs way better.
