This ASUS Scar 15 G533 is beyond amazing! I also own a super powerful tower with an ASUS TUF RTX3090, and this Laptop which has an RTX3080, gets about the same performance as my tower. I purchased this to be able to game on the road without having to sacrifice the performance I'm used to getting on my tower. But now I find myself using this laptop all over my house, instead of my tower. Overall, I highly recommend this Gaming Laptop. It is beyond powerful. Able to handle the newest AAA games on Ultra and/or Extreme Settings like it's nothing, while producing a crisp image at 120-160 FPS on it's 1440p IPS Screen. If you are worried about temperatures, no need to worry. This laptop stays between 70° and 85° under heavy gaming on max settings for extended periods of time. So the cooling technology ASUS advertises is not a gimmick. Speakers are decent. Customizable RGB Lighting is a huge plus if you are into showing off with lighting. The screen is the perfect size for laptop gaming and extremely vivid at 1440p with it's 240Hz refresh rate. ASUS spent some time on the exterior design of this laptop as well. As mentioned previously, the RGB Lighting is great, but aside from that it looks and feels like an extremely high quality machine. I've said this in the past on previous reviews, this is not my first ASUS product, and from what I have seen in my experience, ASUS makes superior products and I will continue to consider them before any other company when purchasing my tech gear.

2nd laptop, like everything on it, fast, powerfull, bright colors, don't have issues with him

This was purchased as both a personal/work laptop and for casual gaming. On both fronts, I am very satisfied with the purchase. It runs very well, no issues with its functionality, and it feels great when playing games. The price may be a bit high, but it is better to spend more so it lasts longer. There are many other personal laptops on the market, so it comes down to which brand will last; and I can confirm that ASUS is one of those few brands. You will not be disappointed.

This is a really good laptop. Need one because I'm traveling for work and my main Rig is 60+ lbs (liquid cooled). I bounced around and got a 3070Ti Scar 17" 2022 (2000$ish) and a 3080Ti x15 R2 (3200$ish) Alienware and decided on the Strix 3080 when it hit 2279$. This was a better deal for me because while the GPU model does matter it really comes down to the TDP (wattage) to push it and the Strix Scar hits 150w. The Mobile 3080 is pushing over 6000+ Cuda Cores and with the Alder Lake I9, every game I've tried on this (and the other two laptops above) runs well over 60fps at 1440p and even better at 1080P. Cyberpunk of course is going to bog any laptop right now. At 1080P, Maxed out graphics, DLSS balanced, Raytraced reflections only, with the Strix on balanced thermals, it's a solid 60+ and looks really good, helping this is the size of the display. A 15'9" screen helps crunch all the pixels tighter so sub 1440p doesn't pop out in a negative way. The ram it comes with is okay buy I upgraded to a set of Gskill Ripjaws with a CL of 34 followed by tighter timings really speeding this up even more. So ya, this is a good laptop and a good point of comparison for other choices from a guy that's actually put a couple of different gpu's through some stress.
