I bought this for school (I'm in college) and it works fine. The fan gets loud when it's on and sometimes when I'm watching a video or something, it starts making this long static sound until I pause and wait for the sound to go away. The keyboard size is huge also and it takes some time to get used to but it's worth it for the screen size. Other than that, I'm able to get my work done without any major problems.

This is my first laptop I am 62 years old and not very computer savvy! But with my son's help and the Simplicity of this computer I am doing very well with it!

Very good starting computer, a little problems with updates and sometimes It has a hard time loading.

For the price I really enjoy this laptop. It runs great, I’m a sims 4 player and it runs flawlessly with my settings at max which is all I could ask for. Smooth and fast

Excellent choice of laptop. Weightless laptop, touch screen and working so good. Fast even downloading a load of docu. Design is cool, price is commendable as well as its quality.

Works well for the price, could be faster though. I didn't like not being able to download my own apps (ex. Zoom, Adobe Suite, Google Chrome). You have to switch your computer out of safe mode to download any non-Microsoft software.

I'm usually an HP person have owned them for umpteen years but couldnt find one at a reasonable price so i figured i would try Asus on the recommendation of a friend. I'm not disappointed at all it does everything i need it to do and is a whole lot faster then my old HP so far i havent had any issues with it. Its a great little laptop thats fast and reliable

Great computer for what I needed it for(school work and light gaming). I was able to upgrade the SSD to 500gb with no issues. The only thing is that I wish that the battery lasted longer. With heavy use it doesn't last as long as it did when I first got it. Otherwise great device and I'm happy with my purchase.

This brand never disappoints and if you are patient often times you can save a reasonable amount of money. Nothing is perfect with any product which is why 4 stars and not 5.

Both 2 of these. One for my son who is in high school and the other for my daughter who is in college. Both love them and the laptops work quickly. There is enough speed and memory that you can have multiple windows open with out having any issues. Definitely glad I went with an Asus instead of another brand.

I love ASUS - but there are better options out there for the price.

This ASUS laptop checks all of the boxes. My only complaint is that the internal hard drive (solid state NVMe technology) is super-fast. Most users do not need writing speed approaching 2GB per second. Also, the battery life suffers because of the souped-up hard drive. Otherwise, it is a beauty.

Meets all expectations on performance. Fan runs louder than I would like.

Everything is running as expected, the build quality is pretty good for the price, the keyboard is fine, the screen is average. The only thing is mine was running on windows s mode, so I'm not sure what happened since the product description indicates its running windows home. I'm thinking of returning it.

Perfect for casual browsing and processing. I use it for a Plex server and haven’t had any issues with speed or processing. Great buy.

Does everything I need it to. A big upgrade from my near decade old machine. Nothing fancy, but works well and has decent specs for the money

I am loving this computer. It is lightweight for its size, relatively long battery life and very quick to charge.
