Its a great laptop for beginner creatives who could only have one computer. Its a budget computer but I chose this over a gaming laptop and I'm glad I did. I wish the screen was brighter but its decent enough. The battery life is good enough, you can get a few hours without the charger but I do recommend you bring it with you because you will need it throughout the day. If you can get a battery pack that can charge the laptop would be a good option, especially for college kids.

Works great as long as your room is well lit. The gray on gray of the keyboard is a major drawback, but the pc itself works well

Nice size, easy set up. Purchased to replace old laptop (Dell-which I loved and used for 7 years). Hope to get as many years out of this one!

The ASUS laptop I purchased has been great! It operates much faster than my old one. After setting it up with some issues, everything has been great. I can really tell my old laptop was on its last legs!

Only wish you could keep the home page active longer. Have to reenter the PIN too often. Speed is great.

Great value for the price. Plenty of storage memory and speed for what I use it for which is mostly business apps. Lettering on the keyboard is the only negative (too light) but you get used to it quickly. Very fast boot time!

I purchased this specific laptop as instructed for my family overseas. No issues with in-store pick-up and they are happy with the product. It is a great size laptop for work purposes, maybe a little large for frequent travelers.

This computer is FAST. It boots up quick and click response is instant. I have had 0 issues with programs on it as well. Has a pretty decent battery life as well.

This laptop is good for work. The 16GB Ram / SSD / Video card / Graphics is acceptable if you want to game. The color/clarity of the display is excellent. The keyboard does not light up and is not an issue for me. The camera is adequate enough for zoom meetings and class sessions. The Microsoft 365 Office Suite is installed, and is not dragging the system down. Multiple web tabs responds quickly due to the SSD drive. Another plus point is that it will upgrade to Win 11. Wireless connectivity is superb. I have machines running and the Quad-4 CPU along with the DDR4 memory is exceeding benchmarks. Very pleased when this is connected to the HDTV. This is my first ASUS purchase and I must say the quality is there.

I absolutely love this lap top! It has a larger than usual screen and it is compact and light. It does everything I need when I need to work away from the office or go onsite to conduct trainings or audits!

My only issue is that when i scroll with touch oad, I keep accidentally zooming in/out on what im looking at. Must be a way to prevent it, but I have not figured it out yet.

I bought this mainly for my mom for her birthday. She uses it mainly for work and photos. The space othered and screen size was what most attactive about this. Runs smooth and no complaints from her.

Very good for the money. I’m not sure you can get close for the money.

Good workings but keyboard is not lit making it tricky to see keys

I like Asus brand products so I had no hesitation in purchasing this low priced value laptop. However, the keyboard is just too difficult to see unless the light is at just the right angle, and it does not have a backlight. The screen also looks bad unless it's at just the right viewing angle with very little margin for error. Perhaps with a docking station, monitor, and external keyboard this would work for me, but I need it for attending business meetings and the poorly visible keyboard and screen are a deal breaker.

The ASUS Vivobook laptop is fast, efficient, and easy to use for this senior (myself). I'm also grateful for the fast pickup service at Best Buy!

Great laptop with huge display and storage! This laptop has it all...large 17" display, i7 processor, lots of RAM, huge 1TB SSD drive for storage and it's fast!

Large screen, but not very bright/vivid. Battery life was terrible. I took a Zoom call outside and the battery died in under 2 hours. I know Zoom uses bandwidth, but a laptop in 2021 should last longer than that. I was on the phone with ASUS running all sorts of tests and updates, but nothing helped. I finally asked, what is the battery on this rated? At best, 2-4 hours. This would be a great desktop computer, but if you want to use it as a laptop, find something else. I returned mine.

This is a great machine, runs well, have had a few blue screen issues, and only draw back is that the keyboard is not backlit. Over all a great running machine.

Excellent computer that’s very fast. Best Buy service was outstanding. I’ll will continue to buy there.
