Never got to use it; battery conn/board damaged
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Battery cable is so tightly connected to the board, it ripped the connector off the board just trying to disconnect. This seems to be a common issue, as I have found many repair videos online related directly to other owners ripping the battery connector off. This happened as I was preparing to install extra memory in my brand new laptop. I never even got to use it. I like how the outside looks, so there's that.

It did not disappoint. Picture quality & color are excellent. It is fast. It is slim and light for transport. I use it for basics - email, word, excel, shopping, researching home projects, listening to music, etc. (not gaming).

It had Windows Home edition instead of Windows Pro edition. No keyboard backlight. No fingerprint reader. This was supposed to be the upgraded model of this laptop, but it did not have any of the extra features it was supposed to have.
