    The processing speed on this laptop is very efficient, but I was to find out it didn't have a cd port after I bought it. It should have came with a cd port or at least an external cd/DVD drive. Also, the touchpad is too confusing: sometimes I mistaken the touchpad for the mouse clicking part, since there is no barrier in between the these parts. Plus, I rather the USB and headphone ports be on the left side of the laptop, for personal preference.

    The laptop is good quality but can be so to load programs and have internet connectivity issues.

    Got it for college in 2019, then started to randomly shut off half way through its 4th year. The camera is pretty bad, but I never used it anyway. Pretty solid, and sometimes the fan was loud but I also would use it on soft surfaces like couches, blankets, bed, etc which restrict air flow. The brightness range was great, a little difficult to see in direct sunlight. It’s sturdy, not at all delicate or easy to break in my opinion. No frills, gets the job done.
