Im not sure why but once in a great while it will run slower than my 8 yr old laptop. Other then that everything works awesome and it is fairly fast. I think it just needs a tune up

It is super easy to set up, also very fast system!! I really like the wireless keyboard and mouse!!

I love the computer but had to take it back to the Geek Squad as the screen went black. I was told it was something with Windows and they replaced something and I have it back.

Works great for what we purchased it for although we had it freeze up on us after a couple of weeks and had to send it in for repair. Best Buy took care of it for us and was able to send it to a location on our travels.

My wife and I were looking for a new home desktop to address our needs of internet surfing, checking e-mails, working from home and other casual computer uses. We do not do any gaming or video streaming on our desktop. Based on our needs for a desktop, we are completely satisfied. If you have similar needs, we would recommend this computer. Works great, screen is clear, and doesn't lag.

love the monitor and key board. my computer techie friend says these are well made computers and so far he is right!! much better than my previous HP.

After a couple weeks, this PC is exceeding my expectations. The response time has been great and it hasn't skipped a beat. Extremely pleased so far.

We like the pc functionality with the touch screen. Does everything we need but is slow to boot up.

Generally, I really like my ASUS all in one desktop computer. Had a slight software glitch with my first one. It would go to sleep and not wake up unless I hard rebooted it.

The computer connected u to my ac router and has great internet access performance. I loaded FireFox on it in place of Edge. The terabyte drive will never be full.

Computer is doing a great job. USB ports bad location. No port for wire from printer.

I use this product for my every day needs. I enjoy watching u tube news and tele dramas. I read my emails etc: etc

My only regrets were not realizing it didn’t come with a built in DVD Drive (had to buy an external one at extra cost) and assuming it had Windows Hello (it didn’t). Hindsight tells me I should have kept my previous ASUS 24-inch AIO until it completely died (instead of abandoning it on its last legs)

i bought the first one and it would not power on it was completely from the package best buy switched it out with another one with no problem. i have had the desktop for few month now and its done pretty good it does tend to freeze from time to time i dont like typing on h keyboard the letters are very close to each other because you make a lot of mistakes overall its decent desktop but would no purchase it knowing what i know now.

The computer is fine. The learning curve for Windows 10 is unnecessarily steep! Not ASUS fault or Best Buy, but I miss the simplicity of Windows 7.

I was weary at first about purchasing an all in one, but after i did i loved it.
