Bought the laptop open box excellent. Expected some type of damage but there was only damage to the original box and no issues at all with the laptop or accessories. My previous laptop was a Dell xps 9500 with a 10875H and this laptop is so much faster for my resource-intensive tasks. Hooked this thing up to an egpu with a 3070ti and it runs great.

This is the third ASUS laptop I have owned. Of the three, this one has the best specs, but the worst performance. I really, really wanted to like it, but the cons outweigh the pros at this price point. Cons: The computer gets incredibly hot for no reason. -Turning my camera on for a zoom meeting causes the computer to overheat. -Having more than 10 tabs open causes the computer to overheat. -Opening a computer game causes the computer to overheat. The amount of heat this computer puts off is extreme. The computer itself would easily burn you if you were to leave it sitting on your lap for any length of time. The charging port/cord is very sensitive. If I bump it at all, the computer switches back and forth between battery and power. Pros: The screen looks great. It is a larger screen, but the computer is slim and lightweight. Conclusion: I really did WANT to like it. I've enjoyed my ASUS laptops in the past, but this one is just not up to par. The computer just can't seem to handle simple things without getting too hot. At this price point, I just can't recommend this computer to someone else.

Laptop is what it is. You get what you pay for. We opted for this one considering it was on sale for same price as lower equivalent. New laptop so good battery. Used for office work. Gets the job done. Oled touch screen option is good.

Absolutely love this PC, spectacular images, exceptional speed and easy to use

This is a great laptop. I love the ability to turn it into a tablet and work. It is not glitchy when going between modes (had problems woth this on a Lenovo Yoga model). It's also well constructed and not easily broken.

I bought on open box laptop. It was like new. I’ve had no issues with Best Buy’s. The only issue I’ve experienced has to do with registering the computer with the manufacturer as the unit was already registered.

I'm sufficiently impressed with this 2-in-1 The display steals the show. At 2880x1620 resolution it's reasonably sharp but it's the OLED panel with its vibrant colors and deep blacks that make it look amazing. The display is bright and very responsive at 120Hz. One thing to be aware of: under Windows 11 you'll need to manually enable 120Hz and HDR under the display settings or you won't be taking advantage of these features. The Intel Arc A370M is a solid step up from Intel integrated graphics, though falls far short compared to discrete graphics from AMD or Nvidia. Most games I tested worked well at 1080p. Just don't expect to play anything new at the native resolution or 120Hz.

It's okay. Very overpriced due to drawbacks, most notably the horrendous batter life, which is about 4.5 hours MAX with average energy settings, doing light browsing and email alone. Have to plug it in at least 3 times a day on a 9-hour shift at the office. For $1,200+ this is extremely disappointing. The OLED screen is really nice. Disappointed that there's only one USB-A port. It does have two USB-C ports but you still have to use a traditional charger. Coming from a MacBook, the touch pad is subpar at best. I really regret not exchanging and paying the within my window for a better quality machine.

I like this laptop a lot. Really has a solid premium feel. Fast and responsive and the screen looks amazing! However, there are two things I don't like. First, and most importantly, the power supply port is weak and feels really cheap. If you bump the chord and it wiggles the power supply port even a little bit, the laptop will lose power for a moment. The screen will dim briefly and "on battery" -"plugged in" will flash across the screen. I'm very worried that this will get worse over time and will eventually need repair. it feels so cheap for such a nice laptop. The second issue is a little nitpicky, but the lid is super prone to fingerprints. When it's clean this is one of the best looking laptops you can buy, but if you touch the top cover, it will have a fingerprint, and it makes it look dirty. I like to think this doesn't matter to me, as I'm not trying to impress anyone with the looks of my laptop, and it almost never leaves my house, but it does bother me, and is something I'll take into consideration for my next laptop (which hopefully will be many years from now)

I use my computer for school and I take it everywhere! It’s very fast and reliable! Just a bit flimsy around the screen but still good quality

I bought the laptop today. After opening the package and turning on the laptop, I noticed that almost 8-10 keys are lower and flatter than other keys. It's very annoying to look at especially during the low light and when the backlit is on.

Its fast, easy to travel wit but the blue exterior picks up finger prints big time. I like the keys as they are printed large so they are easy to see especially as its also backlit. The oled is amazing!
