Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I could give this Asus laptop 5 stars, incredible sound and image with spatial audio, but there is a problem that I believe is not occasional, currently almost every time I turn it on, I need to restart and wait several seconds for it to turn on, sometimes it doesn't turn on and I have to restart all over again! this makes me embarrassed

This one from 12/22 has some issues starting up - goes dead and need to hold down the start button for a long time then a short time but have gone for days where I just get on another laptop. Always comes back to life but a glitch. My 2019 model never....had issues

We apprecitae you leaving your feedback on this ASUS laptop. We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the keyboard layout. The Fn (function) key would be used to access the additional functions of keys with more than one symbol assigned to it. For example you would hold the Fn key + Pg Up key to get the page up function. Are there any improvements you would suggest to this laptop that would make you rate it higher?
