We have had a stand-alone pc-based answering system for the last 7 years, but when the hard-drive recently crashed we did not want to invest in a new cpu until we were ready to upgrade the whole phone system. We have 6 lines coming into our office, but we really only need 2 or 3 answered after hours since we rarely have more than a couple callers after hours and almost never more than one at a time. This phone will answer up to four lines simultaneously and works great for our needs at a fraction of the price of a new pc-based system.

Purchased for a satellite office in Austin. System works great for a small office with less than 4 lines. It's very easy to set up and use.

This is a great desk phone. Has all the fancy bells and whistles like caller id, redial, etc. Stores a ton of numbers and the speed dial function is awesome!

The phones look and work great. We are using 6 phones with two incoming lines. All the employees like the style and the sound of the phones. The angle of the display screen makes it hard to read so we added phone stands. The programmable settings are easy to use and it was up to each employee to decided if they wanted to program phone numbers or extensions. There is an additional directory on the phone to program numbers and to save from the caller ID. The speaker phone is loud the sound comes out clear and easy to hear. Overall we are very pleased with our new phones.

My only complaint with the phones are the owner's manuals. They use abbreviations like CID and DTAD that you have to go through 80 pages to figure out how to retrieve missed calls and setup an answering machine. Complicated and takes a bunch of time to get through it all. Just frustrating, put directions/setup in simple terms.

The ATT business telephone works really well, but is very complicated to set up. It would be great if there was a youtube video showing how to make it work.

Bought 3 phones to replace 3 RCA's that were 4 years old due to speaker phone cut in and out. The clarity on the speakers on the new At&t was terrible and returned them after 2 days

We purchased 3 1080's as we were moving to auto attendant mode. We wanted to get voice mail boxes for 3 individuals. We're very happy to have our own voice mail and it's pretty easy to use. The number of rings when using the message/voice mail system is a little long. We've only been using them for a few weeks. Hopefully, they will continue to get an excellent rating from all of us.

I purchased this phone for my Home Office and needed a 2 line phone. The keyboard and layout of the phone is great. The sound quality on the speaker phone. The phone is easy to use out of the box but has many features which you need to discover in the manual.
