These phones are amazing. We just love them and they go everything they say they will. Our robo calls have virtually stopped. It is so refreshing to not have “caller unknown” and “unavailable” finally no longer on the screen or the phone ringing constantly. The set up is easy and features are great! Thank you for a great system!!!

Great product. We haven't owned a land line in 20 years. This product allows is to leave our cell phones on a charger and be in any room of our home and still take or make a call. Quality sound, superior construction. We highly recommend!

Learning to use them has been fairly easy. The features are numerous and intuitive. Also, the features for blocking calls have been very good. The speaker function works well especially for people like me who wear hearing aids. The purchase price for the quality and features included in the five phones seemed to be very good compared to other brands.

Good Cordless Phone System

This Cordless Phone System is excellent at screening out spam calls and has the added convenience of allowing two cell phones to connect via Bluetooth and be answered thought the system as well. The downside of this phone is the time consuming and somewhat confusing set-up. You have to navigate through a relatively complex menu system that is not well explained in the manual and the button layout is confusing at first. If you get through the learning curve it will screen out unwanted calls. The sound both in the receivers and answering machine are clear and adjustable. And the hand receivers have good range. If the learning curve was less steep I would have given this phone 5 stars.

Awesome phone! I know you want to hear a more in-depth review, however, I'm just going to cover the three big things that I bought this phone for. Number one, my old phones were outdated by about seven years and these new Robo calls have been increasingly annoying. Immediately after set up The Robo calls completely stopped. The first thing I was concerned about was a somewhat lengthy call process for Friends... I thought it would be bad but it wasn't at all. When you first set the phone up and give your home phone a call from your cell phone. The phone system will then ask you to state your name followed by hitting a certain key .. Once you do that The home phone rings and you hear the persons name that was recorded and you have a choice- you can just hit number one and answer the phone requiring them to keep going through security for future calls, or number two which allows this user to call directly through as if it were a normal phone because you know the person. Of course there's a way to permanently block too. The second thing was clarity and range. This system blew away my older phones hands-down my older phones were the 2.4 to 5.8 GHz phones. Lastly, I bought this model specifically so that my cell phone can ring through my home phone and so I can make outgoing calls from my home phone that's connected to my cell phone. Add in that I now have five models spreads around the house I don't miss any more phone calls, five stars love it. Oh one more nice thing, there's a walkie-talkie type button on the side and if you hold it down it will connect to the other four receivers and if I talk into it and asking for help any room that has a phone in it and usually the rooms next to it can hear it so it's like a loudspeaker .

I have to say, these are great phones that have an excellent range and good sound quality. The addition of smart screening made our lives so much less stressful. We used to get tons of telemarketing calls every day, but now we never hear from anyone. You have to check your caller ID every now and then to make sure you didn't miss an important call, but for the most part, the feature does its job. My complaint about the screening process is, it'll light the phone up when screening is in process, but it won't show you the caller ID, which is dumb. Other than that, the feature is awesome. The downfall, is the speakerphone. It's absolute crap, sad that it is an AT&T phone, a company that should know all about phones. I can hear the caller fine and dandy on speakerphone, but I always have to be right up at the mic for them to even hear me. I've tried multiple phones out of the 5 set and they all perform the same way. For that, the device gets 3 out of 5 stars. If they fix the speakerphone option, then it would easily be 5/5. If you find it on cheap deal and don't really use speakerphone; buy it!

With 5 handsets, I still lose a phone.

It has good sound and volume that I can hear well. I spent too much time blasting The Stones and Chubby Checker back in the day. It was pretty easy to set up the phone directory, and I'm 79. I love being able to set max rings, where I actually have time to get to the phone. I love that it is so easy to block numbers. The phone fits well in my hand and is comfortable. The phone locator seems to work better than my old phone system. BEST BUY got the phone in a bit quicker than we expected.
CONS: With 5 phones, I still lose a handset. How to shortcut the directory by punching in the first 3 letters seems too complicated.
The space for names in the directory needs 2 more spaces--

These phones replaces an earlier model AT&T system in our home which was experiencing unexplained power loss at random times, but it was over ten years old so I chalked it up to that. The new system has the same clear audio and range to cut through the ever-growing wifi congestion in the house. It is one of the few that was able to satisfy our needs in this area, and we went through both Panasonic and VTech before it, so we remain loyal.
A couple of notes that people should know. The first is a baffling lack of an old feature. These phones cannot be labeled on the LCD display. It was something we enjoyed before, and saved us lots of trouble when the handsets would "migrate" from one room to another. It was also helpful with push-to-talk/intercom features which we use from time to time. Now we have to keep track of "Which room is HANDSET4 again?" before using the intercom.
Another weird thing is the bluetooth cell phone connection. If you go through the setup to connect your cell phone to the wireless base, it works like a champ. Magically you can answer your cell phone in any room of the house by just leaving it in the room with the base. An additional benefit is the ability to preserve your cell phone charge while you're at home, even if you're stuck on a long cell phone call. However, the auto-connection might be a little TOO good. It got in the habit of auto-connecting whenever I was in the house, even with the phone at my bedside. Sometimes you want to text or use an app, etc., and you want to easily disconnect the cell phone from the wireless base. Not so easy. You have to go through a whole rigamarole with the awkward menu on the base to disconnect. It needs a quick way to disconnect from the phone itself, because you can easily forget you're connected to the base until it's too late and it screws up a call. I just would up deleting my cellphone and my wife's from the base.
I didn't need the cell-to-phone capability through it would have been nice it were better thought out; the price of this system was reasonable even without it. Kind of annoyed about the handset labeling, though. That kind of caught me by surprise.

Wonderful big numbers on display for easy to read digits. Color is easy to see phone if you put it down on the table or armchair (not back in the charger). Love being able to block robo calls and disturbed or awakened by them constantly. Excellent reception indoors and outdoors. Looks very stylish and NOT cheap.

Best home phone I ever had. Since buying it two years ago, not one robo call or telemarketing call or political call. Kind of easy to set up. In a 3200 sq. ft. single story house all five phones work perfectly throughout the whole house. Wishing this phone was available 15 years ago.

I had the same AT&T phones for 25 years then decided to upgrade to this newer model. I am finding it more complicated to use and it will take some getting used to. However, it's auto blocking feature is a great invention and takes most robocalls out of the game for the most part. Some still get through but the vast majority are blocked. You can hear well on it and silence the ringers in the bedroom area to something that is bearable. All in all a good buy that works well.

All I can say is wow amazing!!!
I give it 5 stars because the main reason I bought this phone is because of the smart filter that scans for Robo and Telemarketers which amazingly enough has worked so far 100% of the time. I've had this AT&T house phone less than a week but it's amazing . The base station was super easy to set up and comes with a quick start guide to get you through the basics.
We had an older AT&T system and just looked at upgrading. This phone not only has the best call blocking that I have found, it also hooks up to my Samsung Phone and iphones with ease. It even tells me when someone calls on my cell and announces the name for me to see if I want to pick it up.
So if you like not answering robo calls about college loans, crusies or 50% off your ATT/DirectTV accounts... this is a system to consider.

So far this AT&T cordless phone system has worked great. Bought it because it allowed me to connect to not only my land line but also I could pair my cell phone to it so I could answer either remotely from anywhere in the house. No more having to carry my cell phone everywhere. The phones sound good and I have asked others how they sound from their end and everyone says they sound great. Battery life on the handsets have been excellent. I only have a few small gripes, which caused me to only give 4 stars. The handsets are rather narrow, so they do get a bit uncomfortable in the hand during long calls. The playback volume on the answering machine could be a bit louder. At max volume I need to stand pretty close to the machine to clearly hear the messages. Lastly, when I paired my cell phone contact list to the system, certain contacts did not get added for some reason. It appears to be random and I tried to pair the contact list 3 times and it still left some contacts off. I have not been able to figure out how to add those contacts manually yet. If anyone has found a fix for this please post it.

This phone system is perfect. I was averaging 60 spam phone calls a month, some as early as 5:45 am. This phone blocks all automated computer calls and if a human that isn't in my directory calls they have to follow the prompts and announce themselves before getting through and even at that, I can deny the call or answer and if I want it I can answer and even allow it every time. The phone will add it to my directory and all I have to do is edit it putting in the persons name.
it just lists all the 'missed' calls with their number etc. Many are listed as Spam Risk. I love this system.

I installed the phones a couple of weeks ago, so it's a little early to talk about reliability which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. There are plenty of handsets included. It took some time to manually enter my contacts into the phone. It's easy to block SPAM calls. So far the learning curve isn't bad at all. I haven't taken the time to connect my cell phone to the unit.

This phone package does everything but cook a dinner meal!! It will announce the caller out-loud if I'm not able to see the Caller ID. It has 5 phones and I've had no problem with the signal crossing with the WiFi. I love the storage number feature, the call blocker and the big letter display. The sound is great and Ive have no complaints. This thing even links up with your cell phone. This is a Best Buy!!

For those still using landline or internet phone service, this is a great system. Easy setup, 5 stations & integration options for 2 mobile #s, this offers everything needed for a multi-level home. Nice, readable large display and large buttons make this a great choice for older adults - easy to use. Many options for the contacts list. I have not tried setting up any one-touch dialing, but it should be there for starred contacts. An upgrade for connecting contacts from a computer or importing via Bluetooth would be nice, but not yet on this model - old-school data entry. That would be my ONLY negative. Spend 10-15 minutes entering family & friends- done. Not a big deal. Super clear sound on all units makes this the right choice.
