Best Buy makes purchasing a new phone online easy. Better than my carrier. The phone arrived on schedule and was set and working in minutes.

I've had all the previous versions of the Note with AT&T and I have been very happy with each iteration. This phone is no exception and the only real drawback I have found is the battery life but I am a very heavy daily user. I also keep background apps running which eats away at a lot of it as well. The camera is the biggest selling point for me. The Note 4 was amazing but this one is truly better.

This is at least 5th phone i upgraded or bought a new line from At&t through Bestbuy Mobile services. Being able to Keep your existing plan with your wireless carrier just makes the upgrade process simple. Expecially on a family plan.

AT&T offers great plans and rates and has pretty good coverage around the Metro Detroit Area. These were big proponents to me keeping AT&T vs switching to a competitor.

After reviewing the current plan, instead of being up sold, the staff said based on our use, we should stay with the existing plan, which had several changes that benefited use at no additional expense. Refreshing!

Not able to load when connecting to AT&T for service additions using the Best Buy app, had to use Chrome to login into Bestbuy.com and go through the process. The process was a breeze and I was done in minutes.

I had to wait a few days till my 2yr time period was up before upgrading my iPhone. It would have costed one months payment to pay up the old contract and since I was in no rush, it wasn't a big deal to wait.

I thank BestBuy for being able to upgrade devices without changing you to a current rate plan. My grandfathered plan works great and can't have it changed or I will not be able to get it back.

I bought this for $200 less than normal price. Got it for my elderly mom to FaceTime with family and now she is using it every day to play her favorite games. Best purchase I've made in a while.

Purchased iPhone at Best Buy and they also upgraded my AT&T plan for me. After upgrade they called AT&T just to make sure everything went through correctly. Great service from Best Buy.

This is a very known product. I been using this product and always upgrading for years. It is a must have if you plan on protecting any computer or laptop from any viruses or problem to your computer.

There are also of new mobile phone companies offering unlimited plans, but for coverage AT&T is the best bet. Not to mention you can go to Mexico and still use your phone. Awesome!

I got a new phone and it was so easy as best buy set it up for me before I left the store since I'm not very tech savvy. They are my go to when I buy any electronic!

Kept my existing plan with AT&T. Great service and reliable signal. I seem to complain a lot less than friends I have with other carriers. Not saying much, but enough to make me stay.

I upgraded to an iPhone 7 and got a pretty good deal on the phone by purchasing at BestBuy. Saved about $200 compared to "list" price, but had to stay with AT&T
