Customers admire the SMARTFLIP™ for its ease of use and large buttons, which are particularly helpful for seniors. While the price point is frequently praised, some users find the texting functionality and battery life to be less than satisfactory. The lack of clear instructions is also a recurring concern. Call quality has also received mixed reviews, with some users reporting issues with clarity and connectivity.

I like a phone that is simple and easy to use. I don't like one that has a whole lot of features and fancy tools I will never use

Super simple phone for my senior dad to use. Large keys and font for ease of reading, speed dial options, and the volume is great so that he can hear the ringing and the person on the other end. Highly recommend.

Phone is good for basic phone stuff. Making a call, taking a call.
Can text on it and search the internet but not using it for that.
Did have some trouble with the key pad not responding recently,
during all the rain and humidity. Stuck it in a bag of rice for the day and later that afternoon took it out and working perfect now.

For a $30 phone, it has a lot to offer. Large buttons for elders is awesome. Many more to name. Take a look at it

This is a low-cost, utilitarian, prepaid Go Phone with Internet connectivity and text message capability. It is best for short calls and voicemail to coordinate activities or discuss shopping decisions with someone at home, or to collect voicemail from pharmacies, doctors, boring relatives you'd rather not talk to, and so forth. The voice quality is substantially better than my previous flip phone, though not good enough for a prolonged conversation.

I needed it to be unlocked by AT&T and they said I would have to use it for six months before they would unlock it for me to use it o TracFone service. Thank you.

Love my flip phone (replaced LG one), fits in my pocket for hiking; easy to use. Only Best Buy carried it since ATT no longer keeps flip phones in stock. We've been on an ATT plan for decades, so do not use the prepaid option. Easy/quick to transfer sim card.

Works well for older user with minimal technical knowledge. Flip open to talk, flip open to hang up. Seems to have inspired enough confidence that the user is now making calls as well.

She hates smartphones but has internet access, widgets already on her screen, and large keys & display to see easier. The camera quality is good for it to be a flip phone but she doesn’t use it. The battery life is what I love most of all.

quite disappointed with support given (none) with transferring contact and photos. was told it was not possible. after about 5 hours, i figured out how to blue-tooth the info. i guess it was not worth the time for best buy to assist!

Very disappointed in this phone. Just wanted a basic phone to replace my husband’s Pantec phone. This phone is very difficult to text from, hard to figure out how to do anything with. It says you can access internet, but haven’t even attempted to do that because even the simplest functions, such as viewing missed calls is so difficult to figure out that it is not worth the trouble. Wish we would have bought another Pantec. The call quality is not very good. Very often the person called cannot hear him because it comes across very muffled at times.
