I like plain and simple "Telephone" type phones. The store had the same type of phone as my old one,which was getting old and the volume was getting weak. All I had to do was put my sim chip in it and I was ready to go. Very convenient .

This cell phone is great phone for using without worrying of over payment. It's clear when making calls anywhere. It's compact and charges quickly.

Got this phone on recommendation from a service place. The phone was a direct replacement for one that failed. The sales associate that served us was very accommodating and was able to swap out the SIM card with all the contact information on the spot. Very satisfied with the visit. The phone itself is a "semi-smart" phone but serves our use requirements.

Great phone for my 80 year old mom easy to use and great price

My mom is 88. Fnding a phone was difficult because I was looking at phones I like! After a certain age, high tech is high anxiety and wrong calls. Found this phone and she loves it so much she talks forever now! Great phone for her, and if lost, not a big lost financially
