Great season so far!!! Movie came in great condition so I have no complaints here!

This box set for Attack On Titan part one is awesome. I have read online several people marking this item down because they were not happy with the English dub they did on the characters as well as some other detail changes in the show i.e. "In Japanese they call the survey corps wire equipment "3-D maneuver gear" where as in the English dub it's "Optional mobility gear" or something like that. Little changes like that don't really bother me. I bought this mostly for the blu-Ray viewing which looks and sounds phenomenal. Only complaint I have is that it is not truly all of season one, just part one comprised of episodes 1-13. I wish they would have waited and really all of the episodes at one time, dubbed in English, and on blu-Ray but I guess they have to make their money somehow . But overall if you are a AOT fan or a Deathnote fan, this shows for you!

There are only 2 anime shows to have ever gained serious interest from me, Dragon Ball Z and Attack on Titan. So with that being said, Attack on Titan is an outstanding show in the opinion of someone that would not be considered an anime fan. The show packs 30 minutes of intense, edge-of-your-seat action into each episode. Attack on Titan has been called the "Japanese Walking Dead", but frankly this blows TWD out of the water. The Part 1 collection contains great extra features providing an in-depth look behind the scenes into the making of the English dub. Don't have this show spoiled for you, do yourself a favor and WATCH IT!

This series will have you hooked right from the opening! Interesting idea, with some deep roots for future seasons and top notch animation. The themes dealt with are heavy and a bit dark, and some of the imagery is gruesome. However, this series is enjoyable to watch, thought provoking and doesn't give in the misogyny that is sometimes prevalent in anime. The special features are worth the buy; the chibi theatre being fun and the commentary interesting. The show benefits from HD and I would recommend the blu-ray

It is a blu-ray/ dvd combo pack, which i dont see mentioned in the description. There are 2 other editions of this product, a limited edition that comes with a little more, and a limited collectors edition only offered by Funimation that comes with slightly more than the other limited edition. I went for this one because it was on sale when i bought it, and I don't think that the products that come with the limited editions justifies a $60-$80 price increase.

Love this show, Watched it since it first came out and was fan subbed. I have been waiting for it to be released. The only thing that could made this product better would have been digital copies. Also one other problem i see with all blu-ray vs dvd, its the same number of discs between both types. blu-rays can hold more information but they choose to use the same number of discs as dvd, even if there are no special features.

If you like Attack on Titan or are just curious about it I recommend buying this!. The BluRay quality looks amazing, which is why I suggest buying this instead of just watching on Hulu or Netflix. Another huge perk of buy this is the option for dubbed or sub-titled viewing. My only issue, and it is the same issue I have with all DVD/BluRay combo packs, is the price and the requirement to purchase the combo. If I am buying a show/movie on BluRay then why would I want the DVD?! If companies would just start selling their products as either "BluRay only" or "DVD only" I would love that and they could knock the price down for their customers (example: Legend of Korra does this and is much cheaper for the BluRay because there are no extra discs).

After not seeing an excellent anime series in awhile, I came across Attack on Titan on Netflix. I was blown away by the visuals and the compelling story. There's a reason why this is so huge in Japan. I feel the English cast really nails it too (which is not always the case when these are brought over). Definitely pick this up and then bite your nails while waiting for Vol 2 in September!

Attack on Titan is a really great anime, well it doesn't necessarily follow the manga extremely closely it is definitely worth owning and respecting in its own right. Especially given the fact that the Netflix Edition does not have English audio tracks. Attack on Titan is one of the few anime that the English dub is extremely well done

If you are a fan of anime i would highly recommend Attack on Titan. It is a great show with great voice acting. Even the english dub is well done. The show is very entertaining and has easily become one of my favorite anime shows. If you haven't seen or heard of this show i suggest you watch it, you won't be disappointed.

Even if you do not like or watch Anime I still highly recommend you to check this one out. It has so much Drama and Emotion and tells a story of the last of mankind just struggling to survive against unlikely odds. This is part one of season one and contains episodes 1-13. In both Blu Rwy and dvd format.

Best buy is the only place we've been able to find anime movies other than overseas or online. My daughter loves anime and this series "attack on Titans" is one of her favorites. We got both part 1 and part 2 since they were in the store. If you like Anime I highly recommend this series.

Really cool anime series that's kind of a mix of the Walking Dead, Godzilla, and Spider-Man. I don't want to include any spoilers here, but if you're a fan of giant monsters and the whole survival horror genre then definitely check this series out.

If you are into Japanese anime, Attack on Titan is a must buy! The premise of attacks by flesh eating giants that breach a giant wall is absolutely terrifying! I believe the Japanese version is on Netflix but I enjoy the English dub that the DVDs provide!

I have heard a lot of great things about this series. I decided to give this a whirl and after the first episode, both girlfriend and I were hooked. We watched all of the episodes in an evening and are drooling for more. Can't wait until Part 2 Bluray comes out.

To begin my review this anime is not very appropriate for a very young audience, besides that it is one of the most powerful animes I've watched in a long time, and best of all its that the story gets better the more you watch it. Highly recommended

I came to this show not knowing what to expect, but highly recommended by friends. After watching the first episode, my wife and I were hooked. The writing, animation, and action are so good. Definitely a must watch and can't wait for season 2!!

I was anxious for the English dub of this anime to be released and I was not disappointed. The visuals are phenomenal and the audio is top notch on my surround sound. Ordered through best buy.com and it arrived within a few days.

This anime was recommended by a friend. After watching it several times on Netflix. I decided that I must own it. Some of the best anime that I've ever seen. It's a must own. It's addicting and season 2 is coming.

I was a bit skeptical of this show despite having many friends recommend it to me, but all of them were right in singing this show's praises. I was made a believer in this show and can't wait for the second season to come.
