When I received this product I was blown away. It looks absolutely amazing. Then when I connected it to my phone it was even better. The sound was clear and had great bass. I compared it to another high quality speaker in my room and was amazed it was just as good. It was surprising that it had great battery life as well. Awesome product.

BT speakers are a dime a dozen and range in price from maybe $10 on up to the hundreds of dollars. This one falls in the mid-range pricewise. Build quality is very impressive - it's heavy and made out of some kind of metal that gives it heft. It runs off battery and re-charges using a standard AC plug (instead of a micro-USB cable). I think this would allow it to charge much faster, so that's a definite plus. It pairs easily with your device and even has an AUX input if you want a direct wired connection. The back contains a USB port that you can use to simultaneously charge your device from the speaker's built in battery. The only part I don't understand is that volume changes performed on the speaker are not mirrored on your device and vice versa. That means that if you change the volume on the speaker, it doesn't show the volume correspondingly change on my device (in my case, an iPhone). So, in effect, there are two volumes - that of the speaker and that of your device. If someone can comment on why this is so (and is different from all other BT devices I've used), that would be greatly appreciated.

A Big Speaker in a Small PAckage

I was thoroughly impressed with how big the sounbd is from this speaker. Boasting a battery life of 12 hours on full volume or 30 hours at 50% volume or lower, I found that 50% volume was more than adequate for most situations. I have a ton of Bluetooth speakers, but this one blows them away. In addition to Bluetooth, it also has an auxiliary 3.5mm stereo input so you can connect the T3 to any device that has a headphone jack, even if it doesn't support Bluetooth. On top of everything, the Addon T3 has a feature I've been wanting in Bluetooth speakers for a long time: the ability to charge your phone from the speaker. The T3 has a full-size USB output that allows you to use the speaker's battery to charge other devices in a pinch. This can be a huge lifesaver if you bring your speaker along camping or at the beach.

    Excellent Sound, great look, quality

Small company, big sound. This little device has a great look, great sound, great battery, great functionality. The cons are almost non-existent. I really want to emphasize the sound and look of this device. It blends very well into most decor styles and is sure to surprise your family and friends. Many people don't even realize it's a speaker. Pros: Balanced Sound Loud Look and Design Functionality Battery Life Charging Port AUX Port This speaker is probably the best designed speaker that is also backed by really good sound. I have the grey version which is contrasted in the front by three black speaker grills. That top has a very nice copper finish with quality, strong buttons. It also has a carrying handle matching the color of the speaker. The speaker sits of 4 feet supports that give it an upward angle, a very nice touch. All ports are accessed on the back. This includes the AUX, USB, and Power port. High quality look and feel. The battery life was very good, listening to 100% volume for at least 5hours. I was not able to push it to the end, but was impressed so far. I was very happy with the loudness of the speaker, but it is definitely limited to a smaller environment if there is a lot of background noise. The sound was balanced, with the bass complementing the highs and lows well. The bass had a balance of depth and punch without being mottled. Vocals came through with clarity. I was pleased this speaker did not distort or washout the highest highs. It's clear Audio Pro went to great lengths to produce a quality product that implemented high-end design. Works great with Bluetooth and AUX. Setup takes no time at all. Multiple function buttons for volume, track change, etc. Bluetooth range was at least 30feet with through walls. Quick Charging. Cons: Slight inconsistency in sound Power cord non-proprietary As good as the sound is, the were some inconsistencies in volume change. When playing certain tracks with louder and quieter vocals, the loudness would be much less than the set point when the vocals dropped to lower levels. I haven't been able to determine whether this was on the source side or the speaker side and should not be a major concern. The power cable uses the type you'd see on a Blu-Ray player or HDTV. I would have liked to see something more common/standard. However, this is very likely due to the quality of the battery and speaker requiring and larger power output. Overall, I highly recommend this speaker.

This is a very substantial speaker, both in style and in weight. The heft of the speaker likely comes from a huge battery, as the device uses a household 120V cord to charge itself, rather than a common USB cord that lighter speakers use. Pros ==== * Gorgeous design. This speaker will look good in every interior design style, except for perhaps something Victorian or rustic. * Bluetooth pairing with an iPad and Android phone was almost instantaneous. * Very satisfying sound. Three front-firing speakers for high and mid-range and a passive subwoofer in the back should accommodate most musical tastes. * No distortion at full volume listening to both Olivia Newton-John and Pantera, two very different artists that put different demands on a speaker. * Very strong bass, if that's your taste. Cons ==== * Very strong bass, with no equalizer on the device itself. * Very hefty; once it's set down on a desk, don't expect to be casually moving it around. This speaker is plenty capable of being portable, but I don't see myself doing that a whole lot. With its claimed 30 hours of portable use at 50% volume, it'd be perfect for putting wherever you want. That half-volume is still plenty loud, but you always have to return it to its standard power cord tether, which you likely left dangling out of the wall when you last charged it.

One of Best Portable Speakers Ever

The pure sound, extremely rugged build and ease of use provide a super portable speaker. This speaker has all the required controls in a simple array. I paired it easily with my phone and also my desktop, no re-pairing or second tries, it just pairs right immediately - that's a really nice reflection of the electronics. You also have an auxiliary input so you can attach directly to your device if desired. I actually had a small fender modelling amp which can run through a PC and you can use Fender Fuse software to add effects - I say this because I wanted to see how the effects would sound by playing a guitar through the Fender amp and then feeding the AUX output on the amp to the Audio Pro speaker. The amp is only 5 watts but now I have a 25 RMS watt system and both can function off batteries nice. By the way RMS means 'root mean square' so when a manufacturer uses this it's important because many manufacturers will use peak watts and it sounds like more. So this is a good manufacturer because they could have listed 35 peak watts if they chose to. One problem with guitar amps is that you can have a little noise sometimes and this test showed that the sound through the Audio Pro would remain pure over quite a lot of string banging. So I do recommend this little marvel highly, it's not cheap but it is worth it for the pure sound and portability.

I wasn’t sure what to think when I received this. I’m used to my Bose speaker that I’ve had for years so I compare everything to that. This isn’t quite Bose quality but they work very well. Decent sound, adequate battery life. Definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a nice portable speaker.

I'd never heard of this brand before, but I want to see more from them now! This thing produces ROOM FILLING sound and great range! The speaker is small, has really nice semi-retro controls with brushed brass accents, and is HEAVY but what I thought was cabinet heft must also be partly due to magnets inside driving deep bass and crystal clear highs... This is an elegant, well built cabinet that contributes to the amazing output of this device. I wouldn't call this thing a "Bass blaster" but that's not the intent here - Its a "reference sound" that you get - Rich, full mids and lows, with precise and crisp highs that (to me) deliver also. The bass is rich and detailed, but is not so deep that it gets muddy. The midrange is good, but most speakers this size get a little mud in the middle, and this one is better than most. The power cord was surprisingly a standard 2-prong cord which means replaceability isn't a problem should it be damaged, and the power supply is fully integrated into the main box. The other nice thing for global travelers such as I am, is that the box includes a standard US and an EU AC plug. Overall this thing is QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY! Sound, packaging, industrial design, and battery life are all excellent! Its an unusual form factor for portable Bluetooth audio, but if its your style, the output won't disappoint!
