This was not what I needed I had to end up returning

The product is effective in solving registry, hard drive, and memory issues, but requires annual fees to remain usable and functioning.

I was trying to clean the registry after deleting a few programs. I installed and used FixIt. The Best Buy salesperson recommended it. I could not reinstall the old program. FixIt was disappointing.

Will not stay installed and didn't do anything to fix my problems.

First time trying it and was pleasantly surprised that it works quite well. No snags or anything both in loading it and using it...

Was looking for software to speed up my desktop computer and read great reviews on this product. It worked great and you can also download the software are your tablets and phones.

When this product was installed, it didn't work at all. I called their "800" number provided, and was told that what I had purchased that monring at Best Buy was an outdated version (2011) and was not supported any longer. It was ridiculous. I then asked about their "money back" guarantee, and was told that because it was an "unsupported" version that "guarantee" was not valid. Called the store and was basically given the run around. Moral of the story...Best Buy received my $40.00 and I received garbage. Congratulations on turning a good Best Buy customer into a Best Buy skeptic.

Not sure if this was the correct software...but will continue to search for the correct one.

hoped this would clean up a laptop that was used for online gaming sites in the past lots of screen freezes and slow loads etc. It really didn't do much more than what free programs can do and it keeps alerting me to upgrade and extend service.

I spent more than 3 hours trying to install it on my Desktop. Avanquest has no customer service phone number so the ONLY way I could get any help was through their Facebook page. I was given instructions that required a computer geek to fix. I was then told by Avanquest to return it to where I purchased it for a full refund. Best Buy tells me that it is against the law to refund money on an "open box" return. So now I have $40.00 worth of software that does NOT work on my computer. My advice, DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE THAT IT WILL MATCH UP WITH YOUR COMPUTER AS I DID.

This product is obviously meant for British products.

I had an older computer that had gotten very slow and I know it needed a LOT of cleaning, maintenance as far as registry, malware, etc. These utilities did a great job of cleaning it up and speeding it up. Comes with license for use on 5 computers do wish it was more.

DISAPPOINTED. DID NOT SPEED UP MY COMPUTER AND WAS NOT HELPFUL

It resolved most of my favorite PC issues, but not all of them. Had to take my laptop to someone to re-install Windows 7.

Fix-it Utilities didn't fix anything on my computer. When I called Techinical Support, they said Fix-it Utilities wasn't capable of fixing the problems in my computer, but for $100 they could remotely delete everything on my hard drive and then reinstall everything. Yeah, right!

Not sure what this actually did. Installed it on my computer which was slow. It is still slow.

does not work that well In the old days I could get it to do just about anything now it does next to nothing if I can get it to load. Maybe it is me. I am alot older too

Program worked better than expected. Took care of my problem after first run. Would highly recommend
