had a virus on computer and had to get it cleaned ASAP due to E-learning and this product cleaned my computer and made it gave me more space and just in time for E-Learning.

I bought this as a fix to my computer locking up and shutting down. It immediately made my computer faster, but it still occasionally freezes up. I am wor.king with their tech support on this issue

Might be of value for some people, but ended up being worthless for me. On the bright side, not out to much. I ended up buying new computer.

I have used Fix it before and purchased the book and CD to use without getting it through internet. Could not get download to work because code would not work. tried to contact company to get new code and could not get through. will try again later

This is an awful, useless, piece of software that does not live up to the claims on it's box cover. It says that it will help to fix windows problems but it is definitely not up to date. Leave it on the distributers shelf, it won't help you.

Used on a Dell laptop, Windows 10. Program did not load properly and would not run. Apparently a known issue which required changing the execution file. I have used this product with older Windows versions without issue. I do not recommend it.

I've used a previous version of this product and it worked to repair startup problems. This version didn't work, but I believe my Windows problems were just too serious this time. I kept the product in case I need to repair less serious problems in the future.

I tried to install on 4 different pc and Fixit wouldn't work on them. I lost the receipt so I can't return the software. My fault.

The accompanying manual helped my son to reboot the computer and it updated on its own! There evidently had never been a virus! Thankful for the initial info and the price made it even less painful!

Sometimes I help fixing computer issues for friends that either forget or don't have time to keep their files and drivers up to date. So when there is so much going on I need help, this was a great resource!

Thought this would be good for addressing some minor issues. Wrong! All this software did was screw things up! Do not buy!

have trouble using due to avatz program interferancd

I believe this product is a trojan horse for applications that consume RAM, causes programs to stop operating and generally slow the system down. One main reason I purchased the program was to clean up an older laptop computer. However, internet connection is required and the program blocked such a connection. When used on a desktop computer the problems as noted above occured.

Only worked on one computer. It wouldn't work on my computer

From the hype on the box I figured it would resolve some sluggishness problems I was having on 2 computers. It not only did not resolve the problems, it screwed up the startup on one of the computers to the point that the computer would constantly restart. The recovery disk did not work either. I ended up going into safe mode and setting the computer to use the last known good configuration and solved the problem.

The software was easy to install and use. It did exactly what it says on the box .being affordable and easy to use makes me say that I would recommend this product.

THIS WAS AN IMPULSE BUY AND PROBABLY THE BEST INVESTMENT ANY ONE COULD MAKE . ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER COMPUTER. HAD I KNOWN THIS PRODUCT WAS AVAILABLE I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED IT MUCH SOONER. AS A RESULT OF USING THIS PRODUCT I AM NO LONGER CONSIDERING PURCHASING A NEW COMPUTER

I think if you are computer savvy then this would be right for you. I'm not that person. It does include a manual that is helpful but I prefer an easier program.

Didn't notice much of a difference in the performance of my computer

No remarkable improvement in my Vista laptop speed or function, so the pop-up ads it brought with it will inspire me to not renew the one year subscription. There is nothing like the aggravation of buying something that tries to annoy you into buying something more.
