My wife is five foot and this is just right for her. The color is more attractive in oerson. It wasn’t that complicated to assemble, unless you really dislike assembling things. The battery is easy to charge. It really is a simple bike.

Love this bike! It’s taken me all across my city! It’s one of the smoothest rides ever and so easy to use. I do hate that the kickstand constantly becomes loose but I’m going to get some loctite and see if that helps. Otherwise it’s perfect!

We own two of these. Great bikes with a few modifications. The straight handlebars are too low, and the seat is not so great. It is fairly easy to get a suspension seat post, better seat, and raised hsndlebars. Then it the bike is perfect. The torque sensor for pedaling is worth the cost of the bike. Much better/ safer than the more common cadence sensor system. The battery life is great. We have put about 150 miles on the bikes so far - excellent ride. Would have given 5 stars if handlebars were higher and seat better. - Minor issues overall, and fixable.

So happy with the purchase! Easy to assemble, well thought out design, and great product overall. Would recommend this bike to all, young and old alike. Exceptional product in design, construction, and durability.

Love my bike - it is easy to ride and it looks great - it is great for going up hill and I can travel a lot farther and faster

Love to ride but too busy and old to go far and explore on my regular bikes . Very easy to assemble (54yo women) only had to have my son help me once get the front wheel on. Very intuitive to ride and look forward to exploring without worrying if I got enough stamina to make it back home.

Finally the weather and I had the time to explore my new E bike. And I’ll say, I loved it and had a blast on it today. I do have to figure out how to make it harder to pedal and I will but, overall I give it a 10. I’ve already recommended it to friends and strangers.

This is a great bike, battery lasts a long time. Easy to maneuver.

Great bike. Getting it tooks 6 weeks and three separate orders. Twice my ship to store was cancelled by Best Buy. Only notifying me on the of anticipated arrival. Finally I chose the ship to home option and then received the bike in 2 weeks. I wouls stock these bikes in store. They would fly off the showroom floor. They're that good.

Surprised to find this e-bike at Best Buy plus it was on sale!

It encourages a strange riding position. It forces you to lay over it looking down at the ground like those old racers. Since I have a big belly and big head, it puts my weight over the heaviest part of the bike, between the seat and the handle bars. That means the center of gravity is in front of my hips and legs. It’s like steering a bike while doing a handstand and looking up. I’m also 5’7” overweight and 60 years old

I bought a Aventon ADVENTURE and me and my wife loved it. Her only complaint was that it was a little heavy/big. So when we saw the LEVEL 2 we thought it was going to be a win/win. We were so extremely disappointed in this bike I couldn't believe it was from the same company. The ADVENTURE and LEVEL 2 are basically at the same price point but I have no idea why. After riding the LEVEL 2 my wife says she can get past the size/heaviness ADVENTURE because it has more power, a smoother ride, and is just more comfortable to ride. The only thing my wife liked was the color. If you are looking at a ebike go with the ADVENTURE it is by far the more superior product. I will be returning and exchanging for another ADVENTURE because there should be no way these bikes should be at the same price point.

This bike is incredible! I own an Aventon Aventure, but after testing out this new Level.2 it just might be time to upgrade... One of the best and most improved features on this bike is its torque sensor motor which provides greater range, but overall just a smoother/better ride! There's no better way to explore and commute than on an electric bike.
