    I havent gotten to use the bike that much, but have had a great experience so far. Putting the bike together was super easy and beats paying extra to have someone else put it together. Battery was dead upon coming straight out of the box, but once plugged in and charged, it worked like a charm. I saw a few comments about the battery and wonder if it was still dead after charging it.

    Easy to assemble and so much fun to ride! Easy to charge and picking up (at the store) was easy. The instructions inside the box are wrong. They clearly tell you what type of air pump you need to inflate the tires but it is absolutely wrong!! That was frustrating, but we bought the pump we needed and we were on the road in no time!! Loved the bike so much I bought a second one!

    Great bike. I can pick it up to travel with in the car, and battery last a long time. I wouldn’t ride it in wet conditions though. I got a rack to put on the back with a travel pack. I need to get a water bottle holder too. I don’t ride it in wet conditions as it is water resistant but not water proof. Pedal assist and throttle work great.

    Bike is great!! Fairly easy to put together but battery didn’t work and had to navigate a new one through the aventon company - which took quite some time!!

    The bicycle is very good. The people who came to put it together left much to be desired. Had to rearrange front fork and charging system. Now all is well!

    I just it today but the battery did not charge. I did not know the battery or the charger

    The bike arrived at the appointed time. The shipping crate was in good condition. The delivery personnel were courteous. I like this bike a lot, it was a great price; glad I bought it.

    Unfortunately the new model Soltera 2.0 is way better than this one. Only if you get a really good discount get it

    Best Buy had this bike for less than the sale price on the manufacturer's site and in the color my wife wanted that was unavailable everywhere else.
