I am able to switch songs in spotify to scrolling fm stations with the aftermarket double din pioneer touchscreen that was installed.

I installed it myself and it wasn't to hard to do. It works like it is supposed to, I still have steering wheel controls.

The diagram they provide for the install on their website wasn't the best but still got this installed corrsectly on the first try!

I happy. Wife's face was pricesless. I picked her up brought her to the store and had flowers waiting in the car! All smiles!
