Denver & Ian where very helpful and knowledgable about the equipment and installation of my system. I waited to review until my full system was installed.(had to wait for the back up cam to be delivered). They helped me choose the right product and installed it flawlessly. Everything works and looks like it was OEM installed. Though I cant say ive had a bad experiance in the store itself, this by far is the way all associates should interact with customers. I will refer anyone who needs a stereo install to them. Since the install has been completed, Ive received nothing but compliments. Thanks guys!! keep up the excellent work!

The service technicians did another great job installing my new stereo head unit and backup camera. Second vehicle install was just as good as my first vehicle install. All functions work perfectly as intended without fault. Apple CarPlay functions, great care in placement of the USB lead, microphone placement, and camera location. Only hiccup was the sales tech did not charge me for the steering wheel interface at time of support items purchase and service appointment. Good thing the item was available on site at time of install appt!

Darian and Nick did a great job of installation. They walked me through the features of my radio and camera and made sure each was working before I left. I highly recommend their work.

The camera plugs into the stereo I purchased in December 2021 and it works great. According to the manufacturer website the camera would not work with the vehicle I purchased it for. The Geek Squad tech said it was compatible and it does work. Drew and his team at Best Buy, Huntington, WV do a great job.

My son installed a new touch screen stereo to my 2012 Toyota Tundra but did not feel qualified to connect my backup camera since it was tied to my rear view mirror, so I called other places but they wouldn’t touch it because they didn’t sell me the stereo. I went to the Best Buy in Bluffton SC and spoke with Mike Hammer. He said it wouldn’t be a problem. He made an appointment with me. I took it in and he did a great job and it works great for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Best Buy and Mike Hammer.

Martin who was our Best Buy representative provided outstanding customer service in installing our Panasonic Stereo and backup camera. He recommended the best camera, pulled it from the factory floor for us, and performed an excellent install. Super service.

Ramon and Memo were the Technicians involved with installing my backup camera. They were both courteous and professional, letting me know that the possibility of installing the camera depended on scheduling. They were able to install the camera despite time restrictions. I would highly recommend they install car stereo equipment. They left my vehicle cleaner than I could have imagined. Also, provided me with a Demo of the unit and helped me sync my phone. Kudos to them both, they are Tempe store's A-team.

Great service. I would recommend that you schedule this installation along with a radio installation if you are adding a new radio.

I'm assuming you mean the camera that you installed on my Mazda Miata! Also you installed a camera on my OLD truck. Both have been exemplary!! I will highly recommend Geek Squad and this camera to anyone who asks. Thank you guys!!!

The installation of my radio and backup camera was superb. My installer Leonard was a true professional and enthusiast. He greeted me, explained the process, costs and timeframe and got to work. Shortly after I got his call/text stating my car was ready. I was blown away how perfect he made it fit. Leonard then demostarted everything from syncing my phone to setting the clock. What a great experience. I’ll be back for sure and will ask for Leonard!

This was added to the car because it didn't have a back up camera. It works perfectly and is a great addition to the car

Installed backup camera when I updated the head unit and speakers in my 2007 4Runner. Best Buy did a great job installing everything at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately the backup camera failed after about a week but the parts and reinstall action are all covered by Best Buy warranty so I’m hoping all will work out in the end.

Left car for 6 hours of install work on stereo unit, back up camera and speakers. Done in 4 hours! Everything installed beautifully. Had to ask to be shown where lines were from back up camera to stereo and was very pleased to see the quality of professionalism that had been performed. The Happy Valley shop is definitely the place to get Best Buy install work done!

Best Buy Technician/agent mounted all devices carefully. Also the warehouse Manager provided professional assistance to ensure radio components and rear view camera would be installed to my satisfaction. The system was tested with positive results after installation. Additionally, the Agent gave me a brief but clear explanation about the radio and camera operating features. He also gave me the removed original radio. Thank You!!
