This is a very well made case with good protection for the back and edges, exta protection on the corners, and a decent lip that protects the screen. It does make it a bit bulky but not more so than the better known competitors. Happily I have not had to test its limits yet but it looks like it can withstand and protect the phone much better than other cases I tried out. The cutouts for the ports are well designed although I wish the headphone jack cutout was a shade bigger to accommodate the RC32(?) input jack from my receiver. Would have been nice if it came with one of those tempered glass screen protectors, but I guess you cannot have it all. It fits pretty snugly; I haven't tried taking it off. No reason to unless you want to change the screen protector. Oh yes, the lip can sometimes interfere with selections at the very edge of the display like in Contacts but it is something you learn to live with for the excellent protection it offers.

PROS: + 6+ drop test + Good gripping plastic + Sturdy w/ tight fit + Fits iPhone 6s very well CON: - Might be difficult for some to remove case but that's part of the tight fit This case is not for those who want a slim case. This case is for those who want a real protective case for their expense phone.

Purchased for my teenager iPhone 6 Plus to protect my investment. Easy to apply to phone easy to slide into pants pocket smooth back plate. Corners are bulky but as designed for taking impact on corners of phone.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with these cases. I bought one for iPhone 5S and one for iPhone 6 Plus due to my work requiring me to have a second phone. I like that I was able to get matching cases and these are truly strong and durable enough to survive being dropped on the ground. Fitment is a little tight and for that reason cases don't work super well with the glass protectors on the market. Protection is good. Between the two phones, there's already been a drop and other than the case being a little scuffed, the phone is still fine inside. They are slightly bulkier than I'd like, but obviously that's the tradeoff and if it were thinner, it wouldn't protect as well.

Case is protective and clean looking. fits well in your hand and pocket. Isn't too bulky.

Awesome case for iPhone 6 Plus, particularly while the selection is a bit slim. The case offers plenty of protection with a thick bumper that protrudes enough to protect the screen. I also like that the case widens at the top and bottom for better grip. My only complaint is I wish the back of the case provided more grip.

I bought this case for my brother and he loves it! He's dropped it many times and his phone hasn't been damaged. I was a little hesitant at first because it was cheaper than an otterbox but it protects it the same. I recommend this case to anyone that tends to drop their phone often.

I purchased the iPhone 6 Plus and finding a case for a decent price proved challenging. This was a great price and after 2 months the case has saved my phone numerous times. It's very sturdy but not at the expense of losing its lightness. I would recommend this case.

I love this case!!! With the iPhone 6 Plus being a bit large I was concerned about adding any additional size / bulk. This case adds VERY little and provides excellent protection!!! Highly, Highly recommend!!!

I bought one of those super-sized iPhone 6Plus phones and needed a case. As the 6Plus is so big, I didn't want a case that was too big and bulky but I didn't want to spend too much either. I was about to purchase a case I really didn't like when I found this one at my BestBuy store. This case appears to do what I needed it to do. It is enough to protect the case and not too bulky. In addition, the aluminum back looks great with the black protector. I added the Zagg InvisibleShield Privacy Glass Screen Protector to protect the phone front as this case only covers the corners and back. After I purchased the case, I read that a magazine rated it as one of the best cases which made me feel better about the purchase.

I typically do a lot research before buying a product, especially when it's to protect a $700+ phone. But, I liked what I saw and felt right off the bat. Once the case is on the phone, the raised edge around the screen gives it instant protection from any drops on flat surfaces. I still went and bought a tempered glass screen cover just as added insurance. *BONUS*- the screen protector fit right inside the raised edge of the case. The rubberized bumpers at the corners of the case provided excellent protection and don't grip the inside of your pocket like other similar cases might. Overall, I'm very happy with this case, and will definitely give Ballistic a shot on other products!

This case is light bust still feels durable so I'm not afraid of my phone being injured in a fall. Maybe not as protective as an otterbox or a griffin survivor but it's a good light alternative.

I had a aluminum case that bent and broke, this case has nice big corners to defend against drops. The screen is released to protect the large area. Looks sharp.

This is a great case so don't think I don't like it. It's already saved me since I've dropped it already 3 times to a hard surface - twice to concrete/asphalt in a parking lot face down & once onto bathroom tile floor. Its tough and my phone survived. My only issue with it is that since its rounded and not squared off on the edges, it can fall from my hands - not that I have dropped it because of that -but it just feels like it might drop. Other than that small detail, I love the case. 35 dollars at BestBuy was a good price for the protection I'm getting. I would recommend it to others for purchase.

this is an excellent item. It has saved my phone various times from bad drops and protects it like no other. I would recommend it to anyone. It also looks cool!

I was replacing a notebook-like case that just fell apart on me and decided on this one, glad I did, very good protection for the corners of the phone which are always the first to take a "hit", added a separate "glass" protection front and now feel good about protecting my new iPhone. I like this case because it is plain, not all dazzled up. Wish it would show off the Apple logo however. Recommend this one to everyone if you can find it, My local store was pretty picked over in the iPhone 6 plus options.

The case is bulky and it does not allow the square to be used without an extension, but has prevented the phone from breaking numerous times.

6+ will be bulky no matter what you do to protect it. This offers some of the best protection with minimal bulk not as bad as an otter box

Pretty thick case and protective for your plus phone, but it's a little flimsy for the price. I'd recommend this or an otterbox.
