The Bang & Olufsen HX headphones are a great pair of headphones overall! However, like all other B&O products, it’s a bit too pricy for my taste. LOOK & FEEL: Pros: ⁃ made of sturdy, high-quality materials ⁃ looks sleek & modern ⁃ comfortable to wear ⁃ light weight ⁃ ears rotate ⁃ nice case Cons: ⁃ It isn’t foldable ⁃ charging cable could be better ⁃ no charger included FEATURES: Pros: ⁃ Transparency works well ⁃ Touch-control responds well ⁃ Buttons to activate features instead of slide action makes it easier to activate Cons: - none AUDIO: Pros: ⁃ Well-balanced sound (you can hear all the instruments clearly) ⁃ bass well balanced; not too loud Cons: ⁃ none

Ended up returning them. They sounded great but for the cost it didn’t have good a good deal and therefor noise cancelling wasn’t good at all, wind noise also got in.

One of the best sources of music through headphones

Poor product reliability and probably the worst customer service. I had the previous of this, and it failed in just 3 months of usage. They accepted their product's fault and changed it with a brand new one. This year, I got this new version, and it failed in 4 months of usage, almost the same problem. It's been 2 weeks now since I shipped the product to them, no feedback yet. It is also proof that they get so many warranty claims, and they have to extend the duration of inspections up to the last days. Will not buy anything from Bang & Olufsen anymore. Super high prices with no quality and reliabilit

High-quality headphones! They're made of leather and premium materials. There is an app that you can download to fine-tune the sound to your liking. The only thing I wish I can change about them is the round shape since ears are not exactly round.

I love headphones because I can listen to my music, tv or books and not have other people hear. I've been looking for a higher quality over the ear pair of headphones. My huband has a pair of by another manufacturer and they're pretty nice. So when I saw these I jumped at the chance to try them. Bang & Olufsen is a top brand. Out of the box, they seem nice. They come with a nice hardshell case and a charging cord. They fit comfortably on my head but they weren't snug enough to be secure. When I looked up or down, they shifted that way and I had to grab them so they wouldn't fall off. They are a decent weight considering they have the electronic components in them. They did make my ears feel hot after I had them on for a while. It doesn't look like you can change out the ear pads for another set. After a look at the instructions, I put them on and Bluetooth connected to my tablet. My Galaxy tablet recognized them right away but when I clicked connect it offered me the opportunity to connect via a specific app that would give me access to more features. Unfortunately, I kept getting an error and was unable to connect to that app. My son tried it on his device and had the same result. I opted to listen via Bluetooth since it was my only other option. The sound was ok but it is certainly not worthy of a premium pair of headphones at a premium price. They sound like they are being overdriven. I wonder how they would sound if I had the abilty to access the app and make adjustments to the sound. Hopefully Bang & Olufsen will fix the issue with their app and I will be able to find the features that will make these headphones perform as speakers from this manufacturer and at this price point should.

Excellent and high-quality headphones! These are a big improvement from my current headphones H9 (1st gen) and I'm very happy with their performance.

Audio is just amazing but not at the 500 dollar mark.

I'm not very impressed with these headphones. Comparable headphones for much cheaper prices are better.
