Small, The sound is fantastic + 10 hours (or more) of battery power... The Pill Plus (or Pill+) was something that I thought was more of a "fad" type item. Oh look the pill is in Transformer 4...... Then My Son started online school & I didn't want to hear the ridiculous (over) bass that CP speaker systems have, and I wanted portable, small, battery powered (if need be). I'm so impressed with this little Pill that I cant find a single complaint. The sound is so clear, the Bass is balanced and perfect. Voices from games and audio books sound crisp. Highly recommend!

Well built speaker. Clearly well constructed and feels hefty but not heavy. Sound across the range is great but definitely soars with bass-featured music (e.g., rap, dance, house). Though, sounds great with singer/songwriters and classic rock as well. Added features of being able to charge a device (e.g., iPhone, Android phone) while listening to music can be a lifesaver as the speaker doubles as a portable battery in a pinch. Speakerphone microphone is crystal clear and actual exceeds the clarity of my headphones with mic. And there is an added convenience if you have an iOS device (i.e., iPod touch, iPhone), you can use the changing cable for the device and for the Pill.

The Beats Pill+ is my favorite purchase yet. I love it, but I would only change the color of it. Because I bought the white Beats Pill+ and it becomes dirtier much faster, and is easily stained. I love how music comes out from both sides and how it sounds so loud. The bluetooth connection is very refined, but the quality of the sound and music actually sounds better on the Beats Pill 2.0. I think the biggest + to the Beats Pill+ is that it is louder. It's overall a great buy if and when you're conscious of what you're buying. The Beats Pill+ is a great purchase for the self and for others to enjoy. It would be a heck of a gift, but I believe is better enjoyed by the one, for others. If I ever lost it or had it stolen I wouldn't buy another one. If and when, I would move on to a cheaper speaker. And I wouldn't recommend it to a friend only because it's not your average purchase, I don't like the price, but I like the product.

Everything about this speaker is top quality. For its size, you cannot get a better sound. The bass is crisp and the mids are great. Plus the portability is a huge plus. Battery life is great as well with mine lasting me a week of off and on use before I need to charge up.

I was in the market for a better sounding Bluetooth speaker. I have used the JAM speaker for my desk at work, but needed something more substantial for listening to music at home. I had considered the Bose soundlink bluetooth speaker, but after hearing the Pill +, there was no competition. The Pill+ sounds great with a wide range of music from Metal to Hip-Hop. The Pill+ is worth the extra money. It has a lightning port in the back to charge an iPhone, which is really convenient and and added bonus. It also has the ability to allow for 2 streaming devices so you and another person can switch control and play music from 2 different devices. This is leaps and bounds above the regular Pill, which I was not impressed by at all. I have had this speaker for a while now, and don't regret the purchase. It pairs easily with iPhones and android devices. Get this speaker and kick out the jams!

This thing is the best! Charges Quick and keeps a nice charge. It sounds great and is small enough to travel with. Must have while golfing or at the pool. Two people can control the music at one time on their own phones. its real nice

Ok this speaker is obviously pricey because it's BEATS, but I went through a couple wireless speakers out there and this one has great bass when playing music. The battery life is great. For its size it's loud enough and does the job. Cons: not water proof

I picked up the pill+ as I was away from home. I have both the pill and the pill XL and this new model falls nicely in between. Good battery life and clarity and portable enough to go anywhere. I compared this with Sony, BT speaker which had richer bass and was about $50 cheaper, but Beats clarity was what made me choose the Pill+

I had to check several different Best Buys to find this item until I finally found it... I read a ton of good reviews on this speaker and I needed to find it asap for my fiancé's bridal shower... When I first brought it home and tested it out, I was blown away! This speaker packs a lot of bass and has a super clear sound! My fiancé and her girls loved this thing and it did very well for a party of 35 people in a salon of a 120 max capacity. It was heard throughout the salon... I will probably buy another speaker in the future because you can pair 2 of them together for maximum room coverage!

Good sound quality is driven by the speaker, but does lack the deeper base at lower listening volume. Can't expect too much for base response in such a small speaker design, however. Excellent build quality. Like the lightning power adapter connector since I am already using the cables for iPhone 6S and iPad Mini. I like the feature that the speaker can be a power supply to charge my iPhone or iPad if needed. Handy size for travel, but a bit heavy. Recommended.

I have searched all possible premium options in the $200ish price range and it all came down to the Beats Pill+ vs. Bose Soundlink Mini II. I have tested both side by side and can tell you, the Beats sounds much better than the Bose!. it does not distort in louder volumes and it has much more base depth than any other Beats before. I would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a premium to go portable Bluetooth speaker.

I love this little guy. We put it out by the pool - each of us can connect to it (Apple, Android, Windows - only one at a time) and play music. Today, I took it to a small team meeting where I was presenting. It was perfect for the room, 15 attendees, and directed PC output to the Pill. It is perfect for 1-30 people in a room 15x20. Don't imagine this would serve yourself as a Sound Bar for a TV or something of that nature. It is a great resource for streaming wireless music for a small gathering, streaming sound from a PC/Tablet in a team meeting, or a small presentation. I like the charging cord so my family (non-Android) can charge their iPhones. you can charge concurrently while listening.

This is my second pill. I purchased the original when it came out and was impressed. Now that it was time to upgrade I purchased one again. This speaker is amazing. The sound quality is great and the battery life is amazing. One other awesome addition is that I can use my iPhone charger to charge it.

We bought this Pill for my son as a Christmas gift. I did not expect much from it but have been pleasantly surprised. The unit seems to have good battery life, produces great sound quality & is so small it can easily be thrown in any backpack. I would buy this product again.

I was absolutely shocked at this thing. I had high expectations from my experience with Beats wireless headphones and this did not disappoint. I wanted something compact and wireless for my patio, while I grilled dinner or had a drink outside. The range of tones out of such a small device is excellent. The one surprising thing about it was the weight, this sucker is not a lightweight! Connectivity is incredibly easy and confirmed by a simple tone once Bluetooth is connected. I absolutely recommend the pill. Amazing bang for the buck!

Loud sounds from such a small speaker. It’s no B&W or Bang but it works as advertised. I seems to be a bit base heavy but hey I think that’s what most kids are expecting these days. I use to be into heavy base for a bit but now I prefer a quality tone so I can see which demographic is targeted with this product. It’s fair for the price and the quality is good. Haven’t had any issues yet with an single part.

I bought this to replace an aging Pill 2. This is significantly louder, a lot faster to hook up via bluetooth, and the battery seems to last longer. I love the built-in plug covers and although I was reluctant to get it, I'm pretty happy with the purchase.

I love the sound. It has plenty of volume, holds its charge well, and fits in my purse!

This speaker is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Great design, excellent sound and easy to operate. It’s compact, so you can take it anywhere. It even comes with a little bag to carry it in. I LOVE it!

These speakers are pretty great, the sound quality is very good(I'm an audiophile) and the volume is decent as well. I work in a lab environment and on the weekends I like to crank up some tunes. I will admit that I bought a pair of these and paired together they really fill out a large room, while one is really more suited for a decent sized bedroom or bathroom. Overall I'm really happy with these speakers, especially if you catch them on sale, and please listen to other reviewers, about how dirty the white ones can get and even the white carry bag can get filthy just from everyday use, I actually ended up trading these in for a pair in black. I would also add that since Apple now owns Beats, these are tailor made for interfacing with iPhones and iPods from the lightning charging port and included lightning cable to the free Beats app the interface is pretty slick and one of the main reasons I chose this speaker over the competition.
