These headphones sound great, feel great & look great!

I was initially skeptical about about these earphones since they were advertised as refurbished. However the price was over 50% off the list price so I gave it a chance. It worked out great, you could not tell it from new. It was a gift for my grandson and he raved about it so you know they had to be good.

By far this is the best certified preowned headphones that I purchased from Best Buy. I definitely would guarantee that if you're looking to get certified preowned that it was your best option if you're interested in saving some money . Is in that Beats by Dre is an amazing brand . This is my third pair of headphones.

They sound great. Easy to use. Great battery life.

I loved the headphones when I first got them. Then the problems started. First it feels tight over ears to the point that I can only wear them for 45 minutes at a time. Then small pieces started breaking off after using using for only a week. Cheap build quality. I went back to my 6 year old Bose which is still going strong after years of use. I decided to try something new and have regretted it.

Couldn't tell the open box from any other item I've purchased. Perfect product and saved a few bucks!

I use these at night when the kids are sleeping and I want to watch a movie with some punch in it Great sounding head phones, like the fact that my samsung tv picks up that I turned them and pairs quickly, haven't had a chance to test out the noise cancelling feature

This headphones are Great for people who love music because sound is very good with bass. They need charging so that sound doesn't get distorted while using Bluetooth, they can be connected to hear from the 3.5mm audio jack. Those came with the case and charger, great buy even they were refurbished.

These beats are the best thing I've ever bought from Best Buy. People always asking me where I bought them and how much they cost and they get surprised when I tell them that they only cost me this much since studio wireless cost about $400. This product is great thank you Best Buy

These came on the original box and looked fairly brand new. The cord, although not really needed due to blue tooth, was damaged a little. The play or speak button was broken off. Not to big a deal as I use these strictly via BT. Comfortable and nice sound.

Was a lil worried about buying a geek squad refurbished unit but for the price i couldnt let it pass. so glad i did, headphones are like new and i save more money than going to geico

I really like my beats. They are kind of sound proof and if you have music on, you cannot really hear anything. They have a phenomenal bass and it's great for hiphop music.

Thiis is a great product but i wish i had bout it new. The refurbished unit came with some damage as if they were used units. Othere then that great

Geek Squad refurbished product was like new. I purchased them for a trip and they worked great at drowning out plane noise. Sound quality is great but couldn't bring my self to buy a new pair for $380. I think these were just as good as new.

I literally can't put them down! I love them so much, the noise cancellation makes everything better! I walk around with them on all the time and they are so convienent when you're working out! I recommend them to everyone who asks about them!

I have no problem to listen music without the line connected to phone

Sometimes they do not connect but after a restart they work great

Purchased Beats as a present. Certified Refurbished appeared as new, although came with no documentation. Unaware if this is norm for new product. Otherwise satisfied with purchase.
