These earphones are the worst quality not even considering the price. Just applied little pressure to the earphone part and the thing just broke. Do not understand how something this expensive can break this easily.

Not a huge Beats fan, but couldn't be happier that I got these. Initially was interested in powerbeats2 because of their slim design that fits right into your ear (whereas most other wireless brands had ginormous earbuds, and i have little ears). They are incredibly comfortable and don't fall out. The sound is great, pretty bassy and they get super loud. I almost returned them within the first week because the bluetooth would occasionally cut out, and i thought it was defect. But luckily I talked to someone who worked for Beats and he said to try wearing my armband on my left arm, not my right arm, because the bluetooth receiver is with the volume control in the beats cord on the left side. (he said it's very difficult for bluetooth to travel through the human body). Ever since then, I haven't had one issue. Battery lasts about 4-5 of my 1hour+ workout sessions. I sweat quite a bit, but it hasn't caused any problems. I recommend them to evvvveryone! Plus the colors are sweet. Makes my workouts so much better. So glad I got em!!

    Great Wireless Buds for Running

I run on the treadmill at the gym (boring) and headphones are an absolute necessity. I have been a fan of cheap wired headphones because they seem to stop working in 6-12 months. Recently, my iPod headphone jack stopped working (sweat corrosion) and I almost bout a new iPod (200$). At the store, I saw the Plantronics BackBeat Go2 for 90 bucks. I decided to try wireless headphones. I was happy could use my iPod but found the sound very soft and tinny. I could barely hear the music and they kept falling out of my ear while running. I started to investigate wireless headphones a bit more and decided to return the Plantronics and buy the Powerbeats2. The good: These sound great, they are comfortable to wear, and they stay in my ear while I run. It connects to both my iPhone and my iPod at the same time so I will get calls while running. The call quality is pretty good. The bad: They are a bit pricy, but I think for the sound and quality, they are worth it. The connection for the USB charger does not fit easily into the headphone unit. I am afraid that something will bend or break if I am not careful. Best Buy does not provide product protection (claims Apple will not allow it).

I have been in love with Beat products since I bought my first pair of Studios. The quality of the sound and the overall comfortability of these headphones being wireless is AWESOME!!! I often found myself doing things that I would have done had there of been a cord....getting in a car and trying to put the "cord" over the seat belt....at the gym trying to move the "control" so it doesn't get stuck between the bench and myself. UNFORTUNATELY..... One of the things I have always loved about Beats & Best Buy was the protections that I could get over my products. Now that the product has been purchased by Apple I am now stuck dealing with Apples version of "Customer Service". Where once I could simply walk into Best Buy with my receipt and get an exchange for product defects...I know have to follow the Apple model and after contacting them play the waiting game...wait for a box to ship to me, place my product in said box, ship off product to Apple, wait for return of product. I would still have purchased the headphones whether this was told to me up front or not but that simple inconvenience definitely lost the product a star. GREAT HEADPHONES

I love these headphones. My reason for buying these were for at work and at the gym. They perform flawlessly in this aspect. I have the wired older version of these. And they kept getting caught on things when I would use them. The PowerBeats2 have a much better quality build to them. The wire is much thicker and the control button is a lot better too. Audio is good. My only small complaint is if you try to watch a video with these then there is a delay in the audio to the video. I have however noticed that it doesn't do it on every video. But most YouTube and Netflix video's it does have the delay. How ever I don't exactly use them for that solely. So I can look past this. Battery life is quite amazing in my honest opinion. Simple to connect to my phone and the carry pouch is a little better than for the older PowerBeats as they work better for the headphones, but it isn't as concealable as the carry pouch for the older headphones. The headphones come with 4 sets of earbuds total in seperate packages that are kept inside the packaging box. Careful not to toss them out. If you buy these I hardly think you will be disappointed unless you are looking for superb quality sound. They are far better than most cheaper headphones, but they aren't going to deliver the quality an over the ear headphone will give you of course.

I purchased these headphones for workingout at the gym. The range is more than adequate to leave my iPhone at the front desk and just wear the headphones at the different stations. Sound is great plus phone calls can be answered. Just had to try the different rubber ear inserts to find the most comfortable fit. Battery lasts plenty long! I highly recommend!!

I've gone through many, many different kinds of headphones, none I loved, none that I felt fit me good, none that I've felt comfortable with or ones that didn't fall out of my ear or didn't make a popping noise when I tried to sing or dance or workout to the beat of my music. These headphones are amazing, I was really really nervous to buy them because of my past experience with other headphones, but this has definitely been the best buy ever!!!! They're a little pricey but totally worth it! I can work out in them, sing as loud as I want and not hear myself like other headphones and they're still comfortable. They are amazing!!!!

I’ve owned these for about a year now and I must say...I love these!! The sound is clear, they’re lightweight, and adjusted to my ear without issue. The options for inserts made it even better since I have smaller sized ears. Love that they’re Bluetooth as well!!! Would recommend to anyone!

I first bought a pair of Jaybird X2s because I was doubtful Beats would live up to their hype. After 2 workouts the X2s went back and I brought home these Beats. The buds charged quickly and the sync with my iPhone was very easy. I struggled to find the perfect fit, but, even before I found a good position for the behind the ear piece, there were no issues with the buds falling out or noticeable change in sound quality. Comfortable to wear during long study sessions and sturdy enough to use for the sweatiest workouts. As I begin my half marathon training, I know these buds will be invaluable on my long runs. I love that the volume controls are rubberized and won't have any issues with sweat leaking in! About a month after buying them my boyfriends headphones broke, so he got a pair of these for Valentine's Day and loves them so far!

I love these headphones! They are so comfy in my ear. i run and work out in them and they never fall out. I also have the beats by dre studio and I think they sound so alike! I love the wireless feature as I'm able to walk around without my phone attached to my hip you can still go pretty far with The Bluetooth.

Charge lasts a long time (probably at least 8hrs) and fit is comfortable which is a major issue for me. I've been through many pairs of ear buds both cheap and expensive (Bose-which are excellent if you like corded) and only these and Bose don't need to modified to be comfortable for both large and small ears. Sound quality is on par with Bose and the richness of the different tones is appreciable but with a nice blend. I use these for my phone as well and have never had issues when I'm taking calls. The small cord that connects the buds can be adjusted and worn in front or behind the neck. Have had no problems with them falling out or needing to be chronically adjusted. If you plan to use them for working out, or doing heavy chores these are the way to go. Connectivity has been excellent! I walked downstairs in a large home and still had music playing. Cons: price- I'm pretty careful with my buds but if you're prone to lose things or rough with your belongings I wouldnt recommend unless you get a protection plan or have homeowners/renters insurance that covers theft, breakage or loss.

Dr Dre earbuds are awesome. They were simple to sync, they have great sound, they fit great, and the charge lasts a full day. I use them at work (letter carrier) and my wife uses them when she works out. They are a bit on the speedy side which is why I Only gave 4 stars.

Usually I overlook Beats brand headphones because they are so overpriced, but these Powerbeats2 went on sale right about the same time that my previously trusted wireless running headphones decided to quit working on me and the warranty was expired. I am not an audiophile, but I do want and appreciate good rich sound and I need the comfort of something that doesn't smother my ear or fall out easily when I move around, and the convenience of wireless. The Powerbeats2 are very lightweight and comfortable, I have both gone for long sweaty runs with them on, and worn them all day at my desk until the battery needs to be charged and in both situations I tend to forget they're there and I rarely have to adjust them. My previous earbuds were the 'horseshoe' type. They rested over my ear with the earbud positioning in my ear canal like these, but with the battery and hardware behind my neck instead of just a wire like these. The pro for these Powerbeats2 in that respect is that when I lay back on a bench there's nothing in the way behind my head, and they require a much smaller pocket to store, but the con is that the wire sometimes shifts with the weight of the of the volume control on the left side tugging at the wire and I have to readjust it. I don't notice this too often though. The sound quality on these Powerbeats2 is pretty impressive for the category. I'm used to flat sound because usually the priority for running headphones is to be aware of your surroundings so earbuds can't seal to your ear canal, but I'm getting the best of both worlds with these. The music sounds great and I can still hear cars and bikers with the ear tips I selected. The bluetooth features are solid. I'll go ahead and say that my previous running earbuds were Red Fox Edges and they had independent volume control (not always what you want) and no battery status on my iPhone. These ones have all the latest bluetooth features except for multipoint connectivity. I think that feature is left out on mainstream brands because it's confusing to the average consumer and difficult for customer service. I frequently switch off between my iPhone and iPad and what I've found to be the quickest way is to turn them off (press the button on the left ear until I hear the power-off tone, which is distinct from the power-on tone, a very helpful feature), go to bluetooth settings on the next device, press connect on the Powerbeats2 listing in the devices and then hold down the power button on my left ear until I hear the power-on tone. This re-pairs them without having to look at the LED or count off seconds while you hold the button down. Battery life and charge time is pretty good, considering how light these are. They use the same USB micro as everything else and even though I will always and forever try to insert the plug upside down and have to flip it, the connection is very sturdy and doesn't feel like it's going to ever get loose. I highly recommend these for running, or any kind of exercise or general everyday wear when you don't want to seal out the world with big studio-quality over-ear headphones.

I was worried about the sound and bass after reading some reviews, but these have a full, rich sound with plenty of bass. They are extremely light weight and comfortable. I don't think I can ever go back to wired headphones. Bluetooth is a must!

These headphones exceeded my expectations. Sound much better than the stock headset that came with my iPhone 6. I have a pair of Dre. Beats Mixr, and as a comparison, these wireless headphones do not deliver the same range of sound (bass, decibel level) but they do deliver a clean crisp sound with a bit of added base if you compare them with the stock headphones that come with most smartphones. The range on the wireless signal is the most impressive feature. I use these at home or at the gym and I can play basketball with the headset on and my phone on the other end of the court with no break or distortion in the sound. They are also pretty comfortable. They grip the ear firmly and allow you to move/run/jump without shifting or falling off. Highly recommended. I got them on sale during the holiday sales, so that helped make the decision. I don't know if they would be worth $199, but $99 - $129 is fair in my opinion.

    More pro's than Con's

There aren't to many bad things you can say about these beats headphones. They work great, fit good, don't move at all during the most physical activity, sweat isn't a problem and sound the same after every workout. If I had to list any con's they would be to include some sort of battery meter on them, volume level on the headphones instead of using the phone volume, if any of the ear buds don't fit your ears than these headphones will sound cheap and dull with no bass at all only highs, and not able to have an extended warranty for them. Those would be the only drawbacks to the headphones. I'm glad I purchased them. I couldn't imagine wearing or owning another pair of blue tooth headphones. Are they worth spending $200 yes they are. I can only imagine if they added the con's from above to future models the price will only go up, but for what you get and the clarity they produce when you find the right fit. It's money well spent.

I looked at online reviews for a couple of weeks before buying these headphones. Beats are always in the top 5 when looking for wireless ear buds. The sound quality is excellent and although they lean a little hard on the bass, it is not overwhelming. I have been a volunteer sound technician for my local church for over 15 years so I am picky when it comes to sound equipment. They pair easily, don't fall off when I am working or exercising, and I have worn them for 4 hours at a time and they do not hurt my ears. I like the behind the ear clips because they help keep the headphones secure unlike regular ear buds (at least for me). I've also used them to talk on my phone and I always ask how I sound to caller and they said it sounds fine. The controls are easy to use and work with my galaxy s4 (someday I'll get a new phone :). The only issue is the price... but you do get what you pay for.
