I love the option of going wireless or having the wire plug. The plug is louder - but that is the same with all devices like that. Bluetooth simply isn't the same as voice by wire. I use them for work and pleasure. Wireless or not, callers have said I sound clear and natural.

Best headphones ever!

The sound quality is great, it cancels all outside noise. Very easy to use and charge. I get complemented on them all the time. Because the ear part is white, i do tend to get the dirty often with makeup, but i clean them every night when i use them so not a big deal, easy to clean too.
