So when I got the opportunity to review a pillow at this cost, I thought to myself ‘How can a Pillow be worth this kind of money’? Well after sleeping on it for a bit, I have a better appreciation for this product. I do have a leading manufacturers pillow that was about half the cost of this one and I was pretty happy with it, but once I started sleeping on this pillow, I found myself liking this Bedgear Cosmo more. I let my wife sleep on it a couple of nights to test it out herself and found myself wanting it back. This is a heavy pillow with supportive layers on both sides, one is firm, and one has a softer feel. This pillow is almost two pillows in one. It has an outer zip off washable cover that contains 2 compartments with two different types of inner pillows. One is a very pliable soft inner material and the other one feels like some kind of gel/memory foam. I like that the zip off cover has 10 air vents around the perimeter which makes it very breathable. I find that when I sleep on this my head stays cool and almost feels weightless Great support all through the night. These pillows are offered in four different sizes; 0.0, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0. Bedgear offers a nice chart that provides a recommendation based on your body type and sleep position. I chose the 1.0 and it is a perfect fit for me. I am a 170lb male with slim build and sleep on my side and back. I must admit, this is the best, most comfortable pillow I have personally used. Great support, comfort and simply provides me a better night sleep. I highly recommend.

A High Tech Pillow That Delivers A Great Sleep!

After having used this pillow over the last several days, I'm convinced that this pillow delivers some seriously good quality of sleep. For reference I'm a 5'9 male that weighs about 185lbs. I wear a size large T-shirt. According to Bedgear's "find your fit" chart, they recommend the Cosmo 2.0 for someone of my size that sleeps on their back or on their side. However, for people of my size that sleep on their stomach they recommend the 1.0. As someone who alternates between their stomach and their back, I was a bit torn between trying the 1.0 or 2.0. I feared the 1.0 might be to small for me. However, since I typically find lower profile pillows a bit more comfortable for my spine, I decided to try the 1.0 and I'm so glad I did! This is one of the most comfortable pillows I've ever laid my head on. What I loved the most about this pillow is that one side is firmer and the other side is noticeably softer. You can simply flip it over depending on what you want. The pillow comes with an incredibly comfortable and silky smooth "ver-tex" cooling cover which is supposed to provide an instant cooling sensation. I can attest that the pillow does do a significantly better job of staying cool over your traditional down, cotton blend, or traditional memory foam pillow. This also seems to have been made possible thanks to the air vents and air mesh panels along the sides of the cover. This cover is also hypoallergenic and antimicrobial. This is a true removable and washable cover that will last for years. It feels extremely durable and high quality. The first night I laid my head on the pillow, I instantly knew I would love this pillow. It feels weightless, silky smooth, and stays cool. I had a full uninterrupted restful sleep that night as I've also had every following night. I've woken up feeling completely refreshed in the mornings. Is this due all thanks to the pillow? Likely not as so many other factors like the mattress you sleep on, your mental/physical fatigue, diet, etc. will all influence your quality of sleep. However, a quality pillow can be a significant contributor and I think this pillow could certainly help improve your sleep quality. So I've found this Cosmo 1.0 pillow to be one of the most comfortable pillows I've ever tried that has also contributed to good quality sleep, why did I knock off a star? Well, to be entirely honest, I've been using a good quality gel infused memory foam pillow for about the past year. When I first got this pillow, the improvement of my quality of sleep was immediately noticeable. I was coming from an old twenty dollar cotton blend/down alternative pillow. No more neck kinks, no waking up, no more feeling like my head was sinking all the way into the pillow, etc. Receiving the proper support was a game changer. However, going from my current gel infused memory foam pillow which cost about less than half of this pillow, I don't know if I feel much of an upgrade. The Bedgear Cosmo 1.0 pillow seems to feel just as cool and just as comfortable as my current gel infused foam pillow and has provided about the same quality of sleep. The Cosmo 1.0 does get some extra points though for the superior removable cover and the dual sided comfort feature. Another reason for knocking off a star is that Bedgear recommends replacing the pillow every 12 to 18 months. Due to the pricey bracket this pillow comes in at, some may find it difficult to continue purchasing the same pillow every year or so. The only other minor gripe I had is the factory smell when you first receive it. Upon opening it, there was a very prominent factory smell. It wasn't necessarily a bad odor, just a very synthetic smell. That was quickly remedied by throwing the removable cover in the wash cycle! Despite some of the minor shortcomings I previously mentioned, I can confidently recommend this pillow to those that want zero compromises and want to know that they're getting the latest tech & the most premium materials in their pillow. For those looking for the best of the best, the Cosmo pillow is certainly worth trying!

Pros Head stays cooler Breathable Dual sides allow quick change in firmness Stays software even during extended use Thickness is specific to body size Keeps spine at a better angle Cons Doesn’t stay cool as specified Side material is rough Doesn’t work well with pillowcase Side vent holes made of cheap looking foil Hard to tell firmness difference between sides Pillow too short of queen or king sized bed The Bedgear Cosmo is targeted Design The main surfaces are made of a soft gray fabric with a golden oval pattern. The sides are blue mesh fabric with a rough texture. The vent holes on the side have a larger mesh surrounded by a gold foil decorative ring. The outer covering is removal and washable. The FAQs recommend only using Bedgear’s protective covers instead of regular pillows covers for proper performance but checking their website while writing this there were no pillow protections listed. Ideally you should use the wizard on the website to find which pillow series and size is best for you. In the Cosmo series the difference is the thickness of the pillow. The Cosmo 3 is intended to work best for those who wear a size XL shirt and should provide proper spine alignment. In regard to size, the Cosmo only seems to come in one length, which is smaller than your average queen or king sized pillow. Usage and Performance Laying down on the pillow the first thing that gets your attention is the cool feeling. It feels like the effect of cooling gel. Your head sinks into the pillow a bit but once you have settled it still feels slightly soft but supportive unlike some foam pillows that once settled feel very firm. The specifications state the two sides have a different firmness level but no one who tried it out was able to tell which was the softer or more firm side. Assuming you have chosen the correct size, your head should settle where your spine is straight. If you are the type that has spent your life making pillow piles trying to get the correct softness and height it might come as a surprise that the Cosmo was thick enough alone. If are type who likes to shift periodically between back, side, and stomach throughout the night you know a good pillow should be easy to move around. While the Cosmo is noticeable heavier than a standard pillow, the foam is still much lighter than most foam pillows. Repositioning shouldn’t be much of a hassle unless you just prefer extremely light pillows. Regardless of sleeping position it seemed to settle well enough to provide support without being too firm or too soft to sink in too deeply. Normally by morning regular pillows felt hot regardless of room temperature where the Cosmo felt only slightly warm. It didn’t work miracles and keep the initial cold feeling, but it was still a much more comfortable temperature than normal. Overall, sleep comfort was noticeably improved with no neck or head pain which is a welcomed change. However, it is not without some downsides. Besides the pillow looking oddly short on a king-sized bed, it feels a bit too short if you sometimes prefer to sleep on your side with the pillow vertical almost like a body pillow. A standard king-sized pillow is long enough to do this, but the Cosmo seems more suited to a full-sized bed. The gold foil also looks and feels somewhat cheap and when combined with the mesh material on the sides it makes the edge feel rough. A more understated and functional style would be appreciated. Of course, a pillowcase wouldn’t easily solve this but of course as mentioned previously this comes with a downsize of losing performance. Final Thoughts The big question would be who is the Bedgear Cosmo pillow for? If you have problems with getting too hot with normal pillows. If you often experience pillows feeling soft at night but then hard by morning. If you are the type that has a pile of different pillows you switch between overnight and still can’t seem to stay comfortable then the Bedgear Cosmo pillow might be worth trying.

I’ve tried a few cooling pillows before, but this one is the best I’ve tried. Most of the others feel cool at first, but then get hot within 15 mins or so. These stay cool! Must be their airflow / hole setup in addition to the special exterior, but sleeping great with these. Got my first every Sleep Score of 100 the other day (from my separate sleep monitor). Last week average sleep score was 85, this week is average 96. (see pics) They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny for me for 10-15% better sleep!

Up until a few years ago, my favorite pillow had been a down feather-filled one, but after many years of great sleep I had to stop using it when I developed an allergy to down feathers. Since then I’ve been on the hunt for another pillow that provided the same comfort and support with a different fill material and it seems that search might be over. I used to be a really good back sleeper and for a long time I’d sleep like a stone: out like a light when my head hit the pillow, and I’d wake feeling rested in pretty much the same position as I fell asleep. But these days I find myself turning a lot in my sleep, especially onto my sides and occasionally my stomach, and no matter how long I slept would feel tired in the mornings. I needed a pillow that would comfortably accommodate a number of sleep positions and allow me to get a good night's sleep. Each style pillow from Bedgear comes in a range of sizes from 0.0 - 3.0, and according to the Pillow ID chart printed on the back of the box, as a small t-shirt sized back sleeper, my size should be 1.0 which is suitable for both back and multi-position sleepers. You can also use Bedgear’s website’s “Find Your Fit” tool, which also uses your mattress’s firmness and nighttime body temperature to determine the recommended pillow type and size, and that’s precisely how I selected the Cosmo Performance Pillow 1.0. The thickness of this pillow, uncompressed, is about 6 inches and it feels neither over nor under stuffed. The Cosmo is a dual-chamber style pillow with separated sections on top and bottom containing distinct fill materials giving each side of the pillow a different feel. With the pillow name facing up and readable, the firmer side is on top, and you simply flip the pillow over to use the softer side. The fill insert for the firm side is a solid, domed block of foam with the soft springiness of a marshmallow that has a similar density to a feather pillow when compressed. It does not have the extended shape-retention characteristics of memory foam and tends to spring back pretty quickly after weight is removed from it. The soft side fill insert is marked “Active Core” and feels like shredded tufts of silky poly fiber. It is not a solid mass and therefore rearranges easily and feels a bit mushier. This allows the fill to compress easily and mold around your head and neck while providing medium-soft density support. Personally, I think the firmness differential between the two sides is marginal and I’m often not quite certain which side I’m using, but either way the sleep experience has been very good. Aesthetically, the pillow has a flashy, space-age design and color scheme with its blue/gray tones and rose-gold metallic stitching and accents. I tend to get warm when I sleep, so the Cosmo works well for me because it employs a number of different cooling technologies to keep me from overheating and help regulate my body temperature; for example, the Ver-tex instant cooling fabric cover disperses heat across the fabric on the pillow’s surface rather than absorbing it so that it remains cool to the touch. This, combined with the side air vents and Air-X breathable mesh on all four sides of the pillow, keeps air flowing within and around the pillow, rather than trapping heat inside it. Since your skin should come in direct contact with the Ver-tex material, you don’t need to use an additional pillow case over it as this could actually reduce its cooling benefits. If you do want to use another pillowcase, Bedgear recommends its Performance pillow protectors that employ the same technologies as the pillow. The two zipper pulls along the front side of the cover allow you to remove the fill material from each section individually, so the cover can be washed. Note that the inner fill material inserts are spot clean only. I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for a little over a week and from the first night to last night, I’ve had a really great sleep experience with it. Not only do I feel I have the head and neck support I need, regardless of my sleep position, I’m also enjoying the cool-to-the-touch smooth feel of the Ver-tex cover. The pillow doesn’t get hot at night, and I feel I’ve been rolling over less throughout the night while using it and waking up less sore and more refreshed.

Performance Pillow Technology or just two pillows shoved in one case, with a barrier separating them. Pretty much my normal setup since forever, rather I use two separate pillows and trade them out during the night as I get hot. According to the fit guide I am Cosmo 2.0. However, I went with a 1.0 as I always find pillows a little too firm once I get them home after I do the squeeze test in-store. So I dropped down to the 1.0 just in case and the firmness level of the Cosmo is already said to be Medium-Firm**. Well, when it comes to the firmness level I actually like the 1.0 as far as comfort goes (can’t compare to the 2.0 though). Knowing it has memory foam and having tried other memory foam pillows, I was expecting it to be a little stiffer overall, but since the foam portion is only about 2 or so inches of thickness and the polyfill is about the same, it's pretty plush out of the box. Only time will tell how long it will hold up. The Bedgear website recommends changing pillows every 18 months (pillow has a one-year warranty), which I do change my pillow about that same time frame from the $10 bin at my local Wally World. So I am guessing in 18 months they are expecting me to swap this bad mama-jammer out for a new model. That would equate to about $0.50/night for “Performance-driven” sleep. I am a super hot sleeper and this was the main reason to give it a shot. Based on the specs I was hoping for some all night coolness down, but it seems to be a normal pillow and holds in heat like foam pillows tend to. The fabric/cover is cool at first, but then that goes away. I feel like it holds in heat pretty well considering the channels and vents are supposed to move the air away/through the pillow. I had already gotten up for the day and my wife was still sleeping. About 20 minutes later when I was making the bed, I went to move the pillow and it was still warm underneath where the pillow lay. Granted, the top of the pillow was cool. We own a King Size Bliss Pure Latex mattress and after 20 minutes there is never any residual body heat where I was laying. So I was a little disappointed to see how much the pillow seems to act as an insulator. The fabric cover is very soft and the pillow does have a nice balance between being firm and soft. However, I do have some questions for the design team...like why was it thought to be a good idea to use copper glitter-like fabric on the Air-X mesh panel seams?? If you have a good itch, that portion will definitely scrap away a small layer of your epidermis! Of course, it will do that on your neck when you go to shift the pillow. The Cosmo emblem stitching is not this way, nor are the copper rings around the “vent” holes. At first I was thinking maybe it was a copper weave to have some health benefits to add to that “Performance-driven” sleep they tout, but the website doesn’t state that on the product page. Also, since it is a bed product it has a nice big “DO NOT REMOVE UNDER PENALTY OF LAW” set of tags. I get every bed, comforter, and pillow has this, but a regular pillow will get a case put on it. Of course as the owner of this pillow I can remove the tags, but it still leaves that little bit that you cannot remove that now sticks out. So maybe not sell the pillow put together so its not on the actual pillow case? Or move it inside...where the pillows are? **I put these after the Medium-Firm designation of what Bedgear says this pillow is. On their product page, click the hidden “?” and it gives you a pop-window on what Medium-Firm means to them. In the 1.0 I don’t notice a difference between either side. They both felt the same plushness. I ended up letting my wife give it a go and it is now her pillow, so that is a plus in my love bank. She is also a two pillow sleeper, but now after using the Cosmo is a 1.0 pillow sleeper (see what I did there). Her fit guide also quoted the Cosmo 2.0. I know I am not really talking this pillow up, I admit, I had some high expectations for it when it came to the cooling effect. For me it is a step backward because I cannot just flip the pillow over since it is going to be hotter than the top. My normal setup is a king size and queen size pillow. I sleep on the corners when belly down and then can rotate the pillow through the night or switch pillows altogether if needed or as I flop around like a fish as I tend to do. So I can always get at a cool spot of the pillow. Doesn’t really work that way with the Cosmo. It does work nicely as a small body pillow. I’m not insecure to share my Fit Guide so if it helps you determine if this is useful here ya go. FYI there are two fit guides on the Bedgear webpage. One is on the main page and asks 5 questions as helps determine the product model. The second fit guide is shorter and is a product page to determine the range 0.0-3.0 it gives you these three questions: Gender, TShirt Size, Sleep Position. The other two questions from the other fit guide add Mattress Firmness and Sleep Temperature. Also the TShirt size is replaced with Body Size. ME: Male, XL, All over the place...a bit more personal info, I’m 5’7” and 225lbs of pure fat, muscles, organs, water, and blood...not very hairy. Wife: Femail, M, Back (wish they had a sub-option for flailing arms)...a bit more on my wife...yeah I’m not stupid! Honestly, I am not sure how to recommend this...do or don’t. My mattress is not cheap, so clearly I don’t have an issue throwing down some cash on good sleep (I hate sleeping anywhere but my bed; hotels got nothin' on me). I just don’t think this sleep accessory lives up to the claims that it touts. But my wife likes it...so happy wife, happy life?

Bedgear - Cosmo 3.0 Pillow is a thick, comfortable and luxurious pillow that offers cooling on both sides of the pillow. There are 10 air vents on the pillow and other various technologies that make this the ultimate cooling pillow. The fibers are also very soft to the touch. There is also a removable and washable cover to help keep the pillow clean and sanitary. While being a bit more pricy than I have spent on previous pillows, this is one that justifies its price and makes sleep so much more comfortable than it ever has been before.

This pillow really delivers what it promises. It absorbs the cold and gets rid of heat with a simple pillow flip after an hour. I prefer really soft pillows so I was stuck between picking the 2.0 or the 1.0 but in the end thought the 2.0 sounded like it was a good size. After testing it out I'd say if you're like me and you need ultra plush then go with the 1.0 but that being said I still kept my 2.0 and use it as my only pillow now. Either way I promise you won't be disappointed with it's cooling or comfort level.

I bought this pillow become I desperately need a good pillow for my neck and head, I get migraines. I figure why not try this one because allthe lower price ones eventually add up anyway! It was ok, but not any better than any other pillows, so definately not worth the price. I returned it. It was cool for a little while on one side, but not that long and not on the other side. It also told me I needed the 2.0 with my sizze and weight and how I sleep. It was too big and so did not support my neck and head in the right position. Went with the $40 Sealy pillow instead. Much much better!

I was skeptical about a “high tech” pillow. Just because it has a hefty price tag, doesn’t mean that it’s a good product. But I was pretty surprised by the Cosmo 2.0 pillow from Bedgear. I assumed that selection of materials would make cooling possible, so that wasn’t really a surprise. What was a surprise was just how comfortable it is. In fact, it is surprisingly comfortable, even for someone like me who tosses and turns all night. The only real downside is the material on the edges. It feels scratchy, and although it’s not difficult to avoid, I think they could’ve come up with something better for that area. The construction is multiple layers of memory foam within a zippered cooling cover. The cover is pretty easy to takeoff and launder, so it made me wonder if a pillow case was necessary. Here’s where it got weird: I wondered if it was designed to not be dressed with a pillowcase. But with the casual research I did, the closest I could get to an answer was “You CAN put a pillowcase on it.“ This didn’t really answer my question, as I wasn’t asking if the cooling properties of the pillow would still function with a pillowcase. I was asking if it was designed for optimum performance when there was NOT a pillowcase on the pillow. I never found an answer.

I didn't think much of the technology of pillows until I had the opportunity to use this one. I was surprised to see how much these things cost, but this pillow is worth it and I'm going to buy another one. Normally when I shop for pillows, I give them a good squish test to get a feel for the loft, support, springiness, and softness, and I do my best to guess how it would feel to use it all night. I pick the best one and take it home and I'm usually disappointed. The stuffing looses its ability to spring back into shape, or the springiness turns into firmness that tweaks my neck at a bad angle, or any number of other issues, so I usually sleep with a firm flat pillow and a big fluffy king-size pillow, and I'm usually able to mush them into the shape I want. This pillow was nothing like that. The first thing that impressed me is the weight. It just feels substantial. Then the firmness -- it isn't just soft. It's compliant. It cushions my head very nicely, but it keeps its shape. I don't have to mash it into a shape I want. It absorbs my head just until I'm comfy, then it springs back into its full shape when I get up. One weird thing is that the cover material seems kind of slick, and it wriggles itself out of pillow cases overnight. I'm going to try using a king-size pillow case for it, or something that zips shut. On the other hand, when it doesn't have a pillow case on it, it feels really breathable. I'm a hot sleeper, and I often get a ring of sweat around my neck, so I usually wake up in the middle of the night to flip my pillow. This one keeps me from sweating. The cooling effect is a bit better when it doesn't have a pillow case on it. So far, this is my favorite pillow ever. It's a luxury item that will hold its value by giving me more comfy sleep.

What a pillow! I’ve never had a pillow quite this nice. It has the feel of feather but with actual support that you may need. It is incredibly comfortable and feels like it’s built to last. These Bedgear pillows are really in a league of their own. I really like that there are several versions of this pillow for different body types and sleeping positions. Bedgear has a really easy to follow chart to let you know which size to buy and I can say it works pretty well. The pillow I received is soft yet provides ample support for my neck. The pillow features two different feels on either side, for a firmer or softer pillow that gives you lots of flexibility. To add the vents on the side make sure the pillow doesn’t get hot. I can’t say enough how great this pillow feels and how feature picked it is for a pillow. I love mine and so will you.

The Bedgear Cosmo pillow comes in 4 sizes/thickness builds for different sized people. If you are not sure which size pillow will be best for you, try checking out the mfgr website and answering a few questions in their "Find Your Fit" survey, there they will recommend the best build for you. Bedgear offers 3 different types of cooling pillows, The Glacier , Cosmo and Flow. The Cosmo is a combination of the other 2 pillows utilizing both their cool to touch and air flow technologies compiled with 2 separate levels of firmness. Making the Cosmo pillow the most versatile pillow they make. The Cosmo 1,2 and 3 are dual chamber pillows. The separate chambers consist of different materials to achieve different levels of firmness. The firmer side is built from a solid piece of memory foam. While the softer side is a fill of shredded materials. The 2 different firmness levels make this pillow great for virtually any kind of sleeping position.   I personally prefer sleeping on my side, but typically swap between my back, stomach and side throughout the night. Now I can just flip the pillow over for the desired firmness and position I am sleeping in. It's much easier to use just one pillow for this instead of trying to rifle through the different pillows I would normally sleep with. Using just one pillow on the bed also reduces the build up of heat trapped by a pile of pillows around my head.  The Cosmo 3.0 pillow is designed for full sized individuals that tend to either sweat while sleeping or have difficulty sleeping because of reverberated body heat that gets trapped in standard pillows and bedding.  The Ver-Tex cover features instant cooling technology, making every part of the pillow that you just touch feel cold.  This silky-smooth cover is designed to reduce overheating to keep you cool all night long. The cover is made from a silk-like fabric knitted with near-metallic fibers, to help dissipate and deflect heat. Metals have been used as efficient heat sinks for years, so it makes sense that someone finally found a way to infuse it with fabrics to create a type of heat sink cover. A person loses 7 to 10 percent of their body heat through their head, but when you are sleeping it feels like it's over 50 percent. Which is why the Ver-Tex cover is so refreshing while trying to sleep. The Cosmo pillows have Air-X mesh panels with air vents. The mesh panels and air vents are on all four sides to provide continuous airflow both in and around the pillow. This helps hot air escape the pillow for a more comfortable sleep. The Cosmo 3.0 has a total of ten vents around the pillow. The Air-X is a 3D fabric technology that is made up of spring-like yarns engineered to create a type of air pocket. These pockets make it possible for air to pass through the fabric with ease, creating a breathing type action whenever you move the pillow. Hot air can easily be expelled as cool surrounding air then gets sucked back in.  The internal parts of the pillow are mainly made from Bedgear's React Foam, React technology is made with breathable, conforming foam that responds to the pressures and movements of your body, sculpting itself to your precise shape. The foam has an open cell construction that allows for airflow and prevents heat buildup, so you don’t wake up in the middle of the night feeling overheated. The firmer side of the pillow has their React Foam Crown, which is a full size piece of foam specially designed to keep the air flow going. The softer side of the pillow is a shredded React Blend fill. This fill is made up of small pieces of the React Foam mixed with silk-like fibers, to keep the cooling effects possible. Every part of this pillow is designed to maximize air flow through not only the cover, but all of its internal parts. Making this pillow extremely effective at keeping you cool through most of the night. Now, obviously this pillow does not have an internal fan or power supply to keep the temperature regulated throughout the entire night, and once you actually fall asleep, your movements will be reduced, hence the airflow through the pillow will be reduced. I have noticed that the pillow is definitely cool every time I lay down, and stays cool for a long time. However, your head can still end up feeling warm in the middle of the night and at morning time, if you are not moving throughout the night. But it's still not nearly as bad as a traditional pillow.  The cover is removable and washable, but no cleaning is suggested for the inside and chambers of the pillow. I found it feels better to just use the pillow as is, and not try to find a pillow case thin enough to make use of all the cooling features of the pillow, especially seeing as how the cover is washable. Overall I am very pleased with the pillow. I was a little nervous about the weight of the pillow, as it is the heaviest pillow I have ever owned, but the weight seems to have no negative effects on how I sleep or use the pillow. The dual chambers are also a huge convenience, I love flipping the pillow over feeling the newly chilled side, as I prop my head up on the firmer side to watch TV, and then flipping it back over to the softer side to actually fall asleep. So far everything has kept its shape and has shown no signs of wear. Everything about this pillow feels like it is made from the highest quality products available.

I'm usually pretty skeptical about things that claim to make you sleep better. So when I got this pillow my expectations were fairly low. When I initially tried it I wasn't impressed. Even though this was supposed to be the right size for me, it was too thick and too firm. Then I remembered it has a firm side and a soft side, so I turned it over and... now I'm in love. This pillow is amazing. It's honestly everything Bedgear claims it to be. It feels and stays cool, and it's really, really comfortable. It doesn't flatten like some pillows and your head doesn't disappear into like others. For me, it's my perfect pillow. It's not cheap, but neither are the results of not sleeping well!

I suffer from terrible neck pain that frequently causes me headaches weekly. I also run very hot at night and always have a fan on and window open. I have tried many pillows over the years from memory foam, down alternative, D-Core pillows from the chiropractor, and none ever seemed to fit the bill. Then comes this pillow. The first few nights sleeping on it, I woke up the most energized I have ever been! I had such a good nights sleep, and no neck pain. Still a couple weeks later, no neck pain after sleeping on this pillow. The pillow has two sides, a firmer side, and a softer side. I use the softer side mostly, but if I feel off at all, I use the firm side. This is a really nice bonus so you can turn it over to the side that suits you most that night. Also, this thing truly does stay cool. Obviously with a pillow case you don't get that effect as much, but without it, wow, its ice cold. Also appreciate that the cover comes off for easy washing. I hope this thing lasts for over a year! If so, I will definitely be buying more when they start to lose their shape.

It's kind of strange to write a review for a pillow. I mean, it's a pillow, right? Stranger still, a pillow from an electronics store. You'd think it has bluetooth speakers embedded in it, or something. Nope, it's just a pillow. Now, I'm a little finicky about my pillows. They're always either too thin and soft or too thick and hard. I've never been able to find the Goldilocks pillow. And they're so darned expensive, how do you even go about finding the right fit without breaking the bank? Well, the Bedgear Cosmo 0.0 is no exception to any of that. It is much too thin for my sleeping habits. There's not quite enough support for side sleeping. Bunching the pillow up does help for a bit, but because of its density, it eventually flattens back down. The pillow is also surprisingly heavy. So much so, that my tossing and turning causes it to wriggle out of its pillow case. Don't get me wrong. It's a fine pillow. It is soft, yet supportive and I didn't wake up once from overheating while testing it out. It just doesn't fit my needs. It's my fault, really. I should have paid more attention to the size chart before ordering, but since it isn't available in any of my local stores to try out, I thought it'd be safer to go too thin instead of too thick. I probably should've asked for a 2.0 instead. I can't really say if the price-point is appropriate or not. I received mine at no charge in exchange for this review. Because of that, unfortunately, I cannot exchange it for any of the other 3 sizes. Strictly considering the pillow I do have, I would not pay anywhere near the asking price to get a replacement. It does seem to be well-made. The pillow is soft and comfortable, all things considered. I will certainly continue to use it in some manner. But for sleeping, it's not for me.
