The Belkin boost charger dual USB a car charger 24W lightning to USB a cable is exactly what I was looking for now my wife and I can both charge our phones while in the car

With devices being more and more power hungry, and everyone needing to charge a device, this dual port car charger is an absolute necessity. It is very well made, as I have come to expect from Belkin having used their many accessories over the years. Belkin products have a reputation for premium quality, and this car charger is consistent with that reputation. It has an attractive matte black finish, and when connected to a car power socket an white LED illuminates to indicate that the adapter is live. The best feature of this charger is the 24W high power charging capability that charges my devices noticeably faster than my previous 5W car charger. Each port has a 12W capability and both ports are capable of delivering 2.4 amps for a shared total of 4.8 amps. Keep in mind that Belkin guarantees that this charger will safely charge your devices. I”ve owned other Belkin’s products before but never a car charger, so here I am. Inside the box comes the charger, a 3.3 ft Apple lightning cable and the usual paperwork. The charger has a matte black finish and seems very well built. I assume the durability will be great based on the other Belkin products I have had and used for years. I’ve tried it a couple times and so far I can report that not only does it seat well into the car power port it also charges both my android and apple device at least twice as fast. I’d like to point out that it has two ports(each delivering 12W of power) and you are not restricted from just plugging in a USB to Type C or B plug and using that to charge your appropriate devices. So basically I can charge two of my devices at the same time twice as fast as I could with my previous car charger. There is nothing I can complain about, it just gets the job done (quickly).

I like that it puts out 12 watts from each port. It seems like a lot of chargers or most actually have one high current port and one lower output port. For someone like myself with two phones, I appreciate that it has two high power output ports. Now I can quickly charge both of my phones while driving which is important to me. Also, Belkin is a brand that I know I can trust that puts out quality products. I have been using the charger to charge my Note 9 and S10+ with good results and have not had any issues with the charger, It is a good choice if you're like me and have two phones to charge while you drive. I would not hesitate to recommend the Belkin Boost charge 24 watt dual USB charger. With all of the different chargers out there this Belkin is one you can count on to be of good quality that will charge your devices quickly!

The Belkin USB-A Charger 24W is a nice small compact car charger. But wait. Aren’t all chargers compact and essentially function the same. Well while most compact car chargers can charge one or two phones at once, the performance is often limited by its power capacity. Most dual car chargers have a capacity of 5 watts. This wattage for the most part has worked fine for most of us. But since the iPhone 8 (AFAIK) has the capability to fast charge, this feature is often overlooked. And in real life, you really need a fast charger more on the road rather than at home (or maybe office). Hence, the Belkin dual USB 24-watt car charger comes in. It not only has one but two charging ports that both having 12 watts capacity. For this reason alone is why you should consider getting this charger. And with heavy traffic (in spite of the pandemic) this charger gives me a full charge in my iPhone whenever I travel the streets of LA. I’d definitely recommend this to a friend.

Not worth you money; cord is not working for my phone

The Belkin Boost Charge 24W is a reliable, no frills car charging solution. Each USB port provides 12W, the same as the standard USB-A iPad charger from Apple. The device functions as expected and I have no qualms with recommending it. Some notes: The charger sticks out a bit from the base of the car's DC port. I would have preferred the charger fitting a bit more snug. This charger tends to wobble a bit and comes out a bit too easily when trying to unplug USB-A cables. I should note that this charger does not have a USB-C charging port and it does not support fast charging for Android devices. If those features are important to you, you should probably look elsewhere.

I’ve found that 3rd party cables never work well, which is why I like to use original Apple charging cables as much as possible. I was pleasantly surprised with the Belkin Boost Charger for my car that offered quality charging for two. It comes with a lightening cable that does not overheat, which has been the problem with most 3rd party ones. When my iPhone 11 battery is at 30% I am able to fully charge it on a 30 minute drive home. So far the best car charger I’ve ever used.

Charges the phone faster than my older car charger. Comes with 3' cable, which works well in my car. You can charge two phones but only one cable provided, so you'll need another one if you want to charge a second phone.

Belkin has a great travel companion available now with this 2-port car charger which provides 12 watts per port. The package comes with the charger, 39-inch lightning cable, and minimal paperwork. This product comes with a 2-year warranty. There isn't much to this product as it is very basic and easy to use. PROS: ----------- * Obviously plug-and-play. Fits in the car's 12V port snugly and is well built/solid * Light illuminates on the top when power is provided to the unit CONS: ----------- * Ports are placed close together as expected with this type of compact product, but if you have wide USB-A cable ends, they could possibly press against each other and cause a tight or angled port entry which you want to avoid * Perhaps the cable could be longer than 39" and provide a USB-C cable in addition to lightning cable CONCLUSION: =================== Simple product, easy to use, and does its job. No complaints. Go get you one before you go on that long road trip if you need some extra USB charging ports.

I'm glad i bought this car charger. It charges very fast, and has a nice long cord that I can plug the phone in and place it in the center console while it works its magic. Good charger for good price. Seems well built and I'm optimistic it will last longer than the bargain brand one I bought last time.

Needed a replacement car charger since the old one stopped working. Decided on purchasing this item because it seemed well built. Well it is! Dual usb outputs, plenty of charging power for two devices at once. Comes with a usb cord. Reasonably priced.

We prefer to travel by car whenever possible. With our family of 4, everyone has their own device that they use and need to stay charged. I picked up this charger for those (kids) who ride in the back seat. Each have either a phone or tablet that they want to keep charged as we roll along on our road trips. This unit has enough power to easily charge and keep charged all of the various devices that the kids have going in the back. From the tablets, to the phones to the handheld game systems. I don't think I've ever been disappointed with a piece of Belkin hardware and this was no exception.

So far I’ve enjoyed using this charger, it allows me to charge two phones at once. I the cable is very durable and charges my phone fairly quickly. Haven’t tried charging two phones at once.

Very easy to work. No shortage in the cord & its a thick cord too. Its room for another phone to be charged as well, which is great when both parties don’t have the same phone. No complaints at all at it.

This car charger is really handy to have around. I wanted something that blended into my black interior but also wanted more than one usb plug so I could share or charge another device. I've had this charger for a couple of months and it works well. I have bought Belkin products before and they are usually well made and this charge is no exception.
