I'm enjoying the convenience of having a well-constructed, responsive keyboard. And I also enjoy having the option to detach the iPad from the keyboard easily and still have the back protected. Since I haven't had this product long enough, I can't comment on durability. Seems like it should hold up well though.

I have compared this keyboard case to two different cases; the Targus - VersaType and the Zagg clam case. After comparing the two I decided on the belkin. Pros: The battery life is excellent. I've charged it once when I bought it and after a month, it still has 90%. I love the sound flow design, which directs the sound toward you. Cons: I wish the magnet was a little strong to keep the keyboard attached to the iPad. The keyboard does not stay attached very well when picking up the iPad.

This is a great companion to my iPad Air 2. If you ever think to yourself, "I wish I could get more work done on my iPad," get this! I used to have a Zagg keyboard, but I like this one better because the back casing detaches from the keyboard, so you can easily use your iPad without having the keys attached and still keep it in the case. My only gripe is that you have to hold the Function key down to use the volume and play buttons. I wish I could just press one key instead to two. Overall, I highly recommend this product. I haven't had any issues with it, and I've been using it heavily for almost two months. In fact, I still have 80% battery, and I only charged it the day I bought it. I work outside the office sometimes and I get just as much done with this as a regular laptop. Can't recommend this enough.

The key board is great. I really like the back cover as it minimizes scratches to the iPad and provides better grip. You can easily remove the keyboard if you don't need it and wish to travel lighter with the iPad.

I like this cover with keyboard because it is sturdy and you can separate the keyboard from the iPad without having to remove the cover.

The Belkin Ultimate Pro is an excellent buy. The battery lasts very long, it is very easy to use and I love the illuminated keyboard. Very pleased with the purchase and the price.

Sturdy and great fit. I thought it might be a bit pricey but after seeing the IPad Pro key board I guess not. Good battery life with the keyboard.

I needed a lighted keyboard case that had a slim profile, lots of function, and multiple viewing angles. This keyboard had everything that I was looking for and has been performing flawlessly for months. I've only had to charge it once, and I probably could have waited a few more months before having to consider whether the battery was getting glow. I did have one occasion where the Bluetooth connection failed and all I had to do was hold down the four corner keys simultaneously and I was back in business! Solid construction, full function, variable brightness on the lighted keys - and it looks great! Adds a little weight to the ipad air 2 that I use it with, but, not an issue. For me, truly worth the money!

This is really comfortable and convenient to connect and use. It works great for taking notes or referencing documents in meetings.

Wish I hadn't wasted money/time ordering all the cheaper iPad cases for my iPads and just spent the extra money on this Belkin case. It's perfect for my needs....keyboard spacing, able to pull it from magnetic holder to take a picture or put in portrait view then easily attach it back, classy looking. Love it!

Handsome case and shows off my new white iPad Air2 really well. It's a little awkward to use, but not any more than most. Feels heavy, like it is will protect my iPad.

This is a good product. However, for the price I do not use the keyboard as much as I could if I understood it better. I like typing on my device better. But it does feel like it's really safe for traveling around with it.

I've tried every keyboard case, folio, cover, etc. available for the iPad Air 2 (and many others either meant generically for that size class of tablets or really just other tablets entirely, just in case), and this Belkin model is the one least likely to get in the way of my typing I am a writer, so the best possible keyboard is a huge priority for me. When I'm at home, in a desktop setting, I have an array of very nice keyboards I can choose from, but on the go, portability trumps almost everything. Much of my writing time happens away from the desktop, and since my preferred writing apps (Ulysses & Scrivener) now have well behaved iOS versions, I gravitated toward the iPad Air 2 as my core mobile device. The keyboard had to be able to keep up while still being able to fulfill its protective duties. This Belkin isn't an Otterbox but it is top level among svelt, attractive cases, and possibly number one among units that provide a keyboard. It is also very slim for a keyboard unit and is among the best looking cases of any sort, IMO. Most importantly, however, this unit can be typed on, at speed, with only minimal speed bumps due to the size limitations of tablet it encases. On top of that, it's loaded with features such as controllable keyboard backlighting, two positions for the tablet angle where most cases only have 1 (though there are a couple that have more of an any position laptop style hinge that could be advantageous), the ability to flip the tablet into portrait orientation (this is the only cases that can do that as far as I know) or the ability to cleanly switch between keyboarding for the iPad an another Bluetooth enabled device with a key press. Other than just being the best keyboard I've found at this size, it's loaded than more features than any other, all wrapped in attractive, functional package.

I purchased this case/keyboard for my new Apple I-pad air 2. It's plan and simple, I love everything about it. It looks great, and really works great. There's nothing available that I would trade it for!

I just upgraded from iPad 2 with Zagg case to iPad Air 2 with this case, and the difference is insane. The case has backlit keys, auto on/off, and quick iPad detachment while still being being protected. Very light weight and dependable. I would buy again.

I like this case because the keyboard section can easily be removed and still have a good protection for the back of the iPad. I like that you can use the Smart Cover when the keyboard is taken off. Connects by magnet. Works well.

This is a great iPad case with keyboard probably the best on market. It has a strong magnet that holds the tablet in place in tent mode and also the backlight keys are awesome

Does what I need...4 stars because of weight and the fact that it can take a time or two to get it just right for holding the iPad up. Wish I could give 4.5.

Hesitant at first to carry this keyboard around but it has been the best thing for me as I make many spelling mistakes without it.
